Great location with ocean view room on Waikiki.

Great location. I wouldn’t stay here if we didn’t upgrade to ocean view w a patio. The view even between two hotels was spectacular. Getting Waikīkī view on Waikiki is worth it. . Room is new. Good comfy beds. Clean. With slippers robes. nice pool on 8th floor. (Only get sun a few hours a day)- good drinks. Near shops and restaurants and breakfasts places. Valet staff are nice and timely if giving a heads up when to leave. Short walk to the beach for sunrise.

House keeping needs to more thorough. We had one dirty coffee mug in our tray when we first used it. And coffee mugs were left in room not cleaned or replaced. By the clock. Room services are expensive but it’s Hawaii.

Exceptional

The staff were phenomenal the room was exceptional the convenience of the cafe and restaurant down stairs easy access to the beach and central location including all the very helpful wonderful staff. This hotel is a 10/10.

Would absolutely come back and stay here

We had a sea view room and it was absolutely without a doubt worth spending the extra money. The rooms were really nice and the toilet was something else with all its cleaning and drying options. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub late afternoon.

Lack of facilities like a hotel bar and room service and we were unclear if we could use the Halekulani for some extra services so it would be good for that to be clearer. My partner hired a surfboard from there no problem so perhaps we missed a trick!

Lage und Aussicht, super! Bakery lecker. Bell Boys super nett

Zimmerservice sehr schlecht. Es wurde schlecht geputzt und die Sachen nicht aufgefüllt. Auch lag drei Tage vor den Aufzügen der Abfall und wurde nicht weggeräumt. Wenn man was beim Housekeeping bestellt hat, wurde dies nicht geliefert. Die Mitarbeiter waren etwas arrogant, am Empfang und unfreundlich.

Was very expensive and needs a casual coffee shop or similar Only one chair in room which meant one of us had to sit uncomfortably on the bed.

Great place to stay.

The location was excellent for the price we paid. The room was comfortable and for family of three adequate. Great to have an electric kettle in the room. We really enjoyed the summer program add ons, with ice cream & shaved ice. The pool is very nice, but more importantly it's an easy walk to the beach and the availability of a tote with towels from the bell desk was fabulous. Loved the toiletries, so rare to find a hotel shampoo and conditioner that are so good! Staff helpful and professional. Would happily stay here again.

Not the fault of the hotel, just its location some nights were really noisy with external noise, unsure where it was coming from. Otherwise nothing that was remarkable.

部屋に入ったときの感動がすごかった。とても清潔で、バルコニーからのオーシャンビューが最高だった。ホテル8階にあるプールでのんびり過ごせる。ジャグジーもあるので冷えた身体を温めることもできます。アメニティも充実しており、ウォシュレットがついていて良い。バスローブはとても肌にやさしい素材だった。ハネムーンということでボトルワインがプレゼントされた。スタッフの対応も丁寧で、文句なし。

Comfortable, welcoming hotel, in a great location.

It's in a great location that is close to everything but still quiet. Comfortable beds and welcoming staff.

The pool is a bit small and loses the sun in the afternoon.

The fee for parking is way too high. $52.50 USD a night, already paying a premium for the hotel (which is amazing) but this parking fee is excessive.

Ottimo hotel, una scelta azzeccata

Ottima posizione, struttura molto nuova e con molti servizi. Utile la laundry, camere abbastanza spaziose e molto curate nei dettagli. Apprezzabili i teli mare, bella piscina.

Nessun aspetto negativo, magari il prezzo potrebbe essere un po' piu' contenuto.

Clean, efficient, streamlined; didn't love it but certainly didn't hate it

I know this hotel has great reviews but I thought it was only OK. Nice, minimalist decor but it also feels a little generic and lacked atmosphere. Had a slightly upscale feel to it which was nice.

While very clean, streamlined, and efficient, I can't say there was anything particularly memorable about staying here. The location was good and it served it's purpose of simply being a clean, reliable place to sleep.

First time Hawaii trip

Very clean and modern with nice technology touches to help use the room with ease. Nicely located in the Waikiki area.

Ease of access to the main section of beach was the only sore point, but nothing a short walk couldn't fix.

Excellent stay in Waikiki

Excellently located, and loved that it felt more private than some of the other high end accommodation options. We noticed a lot of events at other hotels where you’d pass their hotel pool, whereas ours was completely private. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, everything was great.

Pleasant stay.

I like the location, reasonably close to everything. I like that it’s quiet, not as busy as hotels on Kalākaua ave. Staff are friendly, good housekeeping.

I didn’t like that the pool closes too early. By the time I got back from being out most of the day, I always miss the pool, it’s is closed by the time I get back so I never got to use it.

One of the most pleasant vacation stays I’ve ever enjoyed!

Great location - close to great shopping and dining at all price points. Felt plush and luxurious without being stuffy or fussy. Staff at all levels were super helpful polite and fun to work with.

No on site cocktails/lounge space.

Tranquility in Wakiki

Loved our stays here! We stayed twice first time for three nights and then for one night after getting back from Kauai before flying home to NZ. We asked to leave some bags so we didn’t have to take all our belongings to Kauai which was super great and very much appreciated. Clean refreshing facilities and a pleasure to come back to when you have been out for the day at the beach or shopping and driving around the island. Would stay here again when back in Hawaii
