It was a nice relaxing stay on a beautiful property.

The property in Branson, Missouri is lovely! A fantastic place to take family! Putt putt golf, pool, hot tub, ping pong tables. Grocery store on property! We would certainly consider booking again in the future. Especially knowing what we know now with all the “what didn’t you like”.

All booking platforms for this property say it is “pet friendly”. Which it is……as long as the pet (dog) is under 60 pounds. At check in, there was an additional $170 non-refundable pet deposit. This information should have been in writing before booking this property. The cabin we booked was three floors and sectioned by building numbers (building 2000 and room 2031 D). There were wooden barrels with lids in front of the building for trash disposal. The collection barrels were always full! Trash was piled up in bags laying around the outside of barrels. They were picked up once a day during our stay. The unit we stayed in had a Haier wash /dryer combo. I did put my wet bathing suit in the unit to dry it. I set the dry cycle for 30 minutes by the dial on the unit. The dryer door lock engaged, as it should. It ended up running for THREE HOURS. We had to go to YouTube for instructions on how to stop the unit and unlock the door. It ruined my $100 bathing suit! There was no dish soap, no hand soap and no broom available in this unit. We purchased these items and left them for the next guest. At the time of check in, we did have two bath towels. There was an additional cost for housekeeping services. We decided for a three day stay to not pay for housekeeping given the non-refundable pet fee was $170. We made it just fine with two bath towels for three days, it would have been nice to have a second set.

It was OK for what I paid but I won't stay there again.

Great location to all the attractions

My room wasn't ready when I arrived well after check in time. The room was very noisy, the AC unit and other guests. Indoor pool was very small and overcrowded.

the floor in the room was absolutely filthy. the neighbors were extremely loud, fighting and slamming doors at midnight. definitely not an enjoyable experience for my kids or myself.

I guess for $100 I can’t ask for much more than what we got. You get what you pay for 🤷🏼‍♂️

Location was great. At first glance, the room was good.

I don’t believe the floors had been cleaned. Our socks were covered in dirt from the floor. The smell was pretty musty / weird. The walls are extremely thin. Had one family next to us that you could hear every time they walked on their floor or opened a door.

Our room was so spacious, clean and very nice. The bathroom was really big and open which was really surprising since most are small. The bed was comfortable and the room set up was cozy and everything worked as expected. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay and it bring a secured gated area is a bonus.

Disappointed!

we were housed in a unit away from the larger Motel. We weren’t aware of this. The exterior of the building was dirty, the outdoor carpet was very dirty and needed to be replaced. Our room did not smell nice when we arrived and the appearance of the room was not very clean or well-maintained. The bathroom ceiling looked terrible and was dirty. Very disappointing for $179 per night!

the location was great and the bed was very comfortable

we got to resort and they tried to put us in a cheaper room when we paid for a condo finally got our condo got to room had 4 light bulbs out 2 outlets inoperative first night wife went to take shower and shower head fell off had to call front desk they sent maintenance they replaced it I asked about fire place it was electric and the blower was out the fire would go off then come back 20min later next morning our daughter was taking shower 5 min in shower water goes cold hot water element went out finally 2hrs later we have hot water again and finally I was walking around room getting ready and my socks where black on the bottom!! the whole place is not being taken care of lack of care of property they just want your money stay away

Probably wont stay there again.

The room was very outdated for the price. It needed a good cleaning. There was one outlet in the bathroom, and it kept kicking off. The bathroom layout was awkward and not compatible for two people at the same time. The breezeway was dirty and littered with cigarette butts. The maintenance workers showed up on a Saturday Morning at 9:00am to cut the shrubs outside our room. It seemed like a 2 star resort but was charged a 5 resort price.
