Un peu cher pour le confort manquant. Hotel familial et bien situé.

Piscine ouverte jusqu’à 23h intéressant pour les voyageurs qui arrivent tard, personnel accueillant et sympathique, déjeuner, emplacement près du centre d’achats

2e fois en 2 ans que j’y vais et le spa est hors service. Matelas dur et oreiller pas confortable. Taches sur le couvre-lit. Porte de la salle de bain qui ne se barrait pas quand on était à l’intérieur mais lorsque l’on sortait se barrait.

Stay was great otherwise.

All hotels need to respect people who don’t eat pork. There are millions of us and all they ever have for breakfast is sausage and bacon. Adding other meat options for the non pork eaters will be a welcomed experience. 2 of the three major faiths in the world abstain from pork. You would think this is considered in the hotel industry but it’s too often overlooked.

Advertised Hot tub, but hot tub not working. I had to convince my wife to stay, she was not happy about that.

Comfortable clean room as long as not near pool and gym

Location was convenient for a night while on a road trip

The regular rooms are very small. Booked 2 rooms several months prior to arriving and were not together. Apparently must request when booking. Bottom level by gym & indoor pool is very noisy.

The pool and the cucumber water

Hard to get there because of the roads and there was no where for me to park my scooter they didn't want to clean my room when I wanted it cleaned and on top of it all they said breakfast would be ready at a surten time and a hour later half of Breakfast was ready

The breakfast was fine

safety around the building lacked as my daughter's wallet was stolen from her vehicle despite the fact that a camera was pointed in that direction. Live screening and video taping should be considered. Had the front desk person being monitoring the video as this person was going around checking the doors on the cars in the parking lot may have been able to avoid the theft

We will use an alternate hotel next time unfortunately.

Liked: fresh breakfast, clean linens, easy parking, pet friendly, ice water always available in lobby. Staff: front desk, breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance were all courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you! Staff added fresh flowers to the exterior just before we left: BIG improvement visually! Lovely!

Swimming pool: needed a deep clean to remove ring around the top of the pool liner, spiders (living and dead) on the bottom of the pool Linens: very poor/low quality Breakfast: no fresh fruit or vegetables Room interior: carpeting needs to be replaced and updated/freshened. This property is off a main road in Timmins that is undergoing major construction making ingress and egress more difficult and harder on our vehicles given road surfacing. Our pet felt welcome. Thank you.

The room was super clean thank goodness. The beds were so comfy. A little dated - but very clean and I will book it again

No usb plug ins for charging- simple update with an alarm clock that has plug in charging would be great. Get rid of mirrors over bed.

very desapointed, will never go back

The room was really not clean, did a complaint and they came back and change the pillow beside the window because it was extremely dirty but didn’t clean the rest of the room. The hot tub wasn’t that clean also and a child pooped in the pool while we were in the hottub. In the morning you have to take your breakfast in the dining room in the entrance while people are checking out and its very cold because the door in always opening

I enjoyed out stay.

Lobby and rooms were clean and in great condition. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfy.

The pool and hot tub area needed to be cleaned. Some grim floating in hot tub. Parking lot needed to be sanded or salted. My daughter fell getting out of truck and hurt herself. When we told the staff about it, they said they don’t do that. I was not understanding even if subcontracted. Call them and get them to sand it. I also found that 1 elevator wasn’t enough. Waiting often on it.

Good sleep, not great pool party

The suite was tiny but made good use of space

The event I had at the microtel earlier in the day is not one I'd consider doing again - checking in was nearly impossible with the previous party still going on in front of the main desk. We didn't have any guidance, and the lights in the pool were left off. I thought it was weird their pizza party is $50 more for 2 large pizzas and not any plates or pop but I brought my own so it didn't matter... The pizza was from Domino's, and I know they will provide paper plates if asked, so I recommend adding that to future packages.
