Słaby pokój na parterze

Jedyny plus to: lokalizacja, parking. Z hotelu było blisko na plażę, w okolicy są sklepy i restauracje. Dużym udogodnieniem jest parking, można z niego bezproblemowo korzystać. Swobodny dostęp do kostkarki lodu.

Mieszkaliśmy na 1 piętrze (poziom parteru). W pokoju był nieprzyjemny zapach, odczuwalna duża wilgotność do tego stopnia że żadne ręczniki nie schły. Przez cały pobyt nikt nie wymienił ręczników - które cały czas były mocno wilgotne. Czystość pokoju była niezadowalająca, również naczynia, talerze, sztućce nie były czyste. Mieszkaliśmy w różnych hotelach i zawsze personel był miły i życzliwy, tutaj zaskoczyła nas postawa, mało życzliwa, nie odpowiadająca na pozdrowienia. Wszędzie wisiały informacje o karach: za pozostawione śmieci, za nie umyte talerze, za nieporządek, za co grozili pobraniem opłat. Było to zaskakujące zwłaszcza że hotel nie był czysty, nie uzupełniał ręczników, worków na śmieci itp.

Les chambres ont vraiment besoin d 'amour. Le bain de notre chambre était vraiment magané, j ai acheté un tapis de bain pour mettre au fond.

They tried to charge me $500 for security deposit when the policy says $200 NO PARKING UNLESS YOU USE PUBLIC PARKING OR THIER 4 LITTLE SPOTS FOR VALLET

My favorite escape

The staff here is friendly and always attentive to guests. There on the go breakfast is great and their coffee machine is Like having Starbucks in a hotel.

Because of a hurricane from this year, the pool has been closed. A few updates could do them some good, but either way, I've always felt safe and it's always been clean.

Excellent Staff, Helpful, Friendly and just plain Sweet and Nice🙏🏾 Great Location, Beachfront, nice selection of breakfast items, 24 Jr coffee availability

We disliked nothing , but looking forward to pool area and entry to beach being open this time next year

Comfortabel hotel met mooi zeezicht maar weinig strand

Mooie ruime kamer met balkon aan de zeezijde. De kamer is volledig ingericht, schoon en in goede staat. Prima ontbijt. Vriendelijke ontvangst. De beheerders doen hun best.

Het buitenterrein heeft aan de zeezijde schade. Door stormen (en zeespiegelstijging?) is het strand is over vele kilometers aangetast. Met vloed (hoogwater) was er nauwelijks strand.

Pool leider noch nicht nutzbar,durch den letzten Hurricane Ian ist viel zerstört !

Klein vriendelijk hotel

Personeel was vriendelijk. Klein hotel, goede parking.

Hadden kakkerlak op de kamer. Gezegd tegen personeel. Werd meteen iemand ingeschakeld om ongedierte te verdelgen. Maar het kwaad id dan wel al geschied. Met dit tropische weer hou je dit misschien niet tegen. Zag er toch proper uit. Had wel keukentje, dit trekt natuurlijk dit ongedierte aan. Dit was jammer. Waren er twee nachten. Nadien niks meer gezien. Onbijt waren verpakte koeken, koffie. Qua regelgeving mochten ze niks anders aanbieden.

We stay here often because this hotel is run by a family that seem to care about your happiness and satisfaction. I've never been to a better hotel, and we travel a lot. The rooms are immaculate and all come with kitchenettes. The Spectrum Wi-Fi is available all over the hotel and works great. The huge TV's are FireTV and work flawlessly with their Internet. The rooms have apartment size refrigerators, stovetop, microwave along with plates, cups, and silverware. Everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The sunrises from the balcony are spectacular. And we can't forget the continental breakfast. Just incredible! Hands down the best continental breakfast you'll find in the area. Parking is easy and secure . By the time you leave, you'll feel like you're leaving home. I always look forward to coming back here.

The only thing you'll regret is not staying longer.

It was perfectly located 14 minutes away from the busy part of the strip, across the street from one of my favorite breakfast places (Cracked egg) & the beach isn't as busy. The balcony was perfect and the ocean view was right on time. I practically slept out on the chair.

Unfortunately what was disheartening was the destruction still evident from Hurricane Nicole in 2022 a mere month after we had last visited the shores and remembering walking by this hotel thinking "Wow! This pool is awesome and big we should stay here" BUT at this moment the backside of this & ALL the hotels on each side of it are completely destroyed. I didn't like the breakfast being advertised as full breakfast but other than that pop tarts are great.

I won’t return!

I found out that there was no access to the beach and the pool was closed after I was charged for the stay. The television did not have local shows only California, New York, Chicago! The room was not very clean. I was very disappointed!!!
