Fine if you don’t stay long

Close to airport w shuttle Big room w frig n microwave Pool area was decent w snack bar

Unusual odor in corridor- artificial sweet air freshener $25 fee for minimal amenities. The coffee was not good and neither was the free drink- artificial color and intensely sweet. Couldn’t finish past 3 sips

The location was superb . The reception staff were extremely helpful. I loved the way it was decorated for Halloween 🎃 The regular shuttle was a great idea

Let down by American standards

Shuttle from the airport was handy

Stayed 2 days, no cleaning/servicing of room or replenishment of coffee. Shuttle back to airport was once an hour. For an airport hotel, this is a disgrace. I had a flight at 8.20. A 5.00am pickup was ludicrously early and a 6.00am pick-up put us at the back of a very long line (US airports remind me of the 1990's in terms of technology and speed - not the hotel's fault, but a reason not to visit US often). Food in bar was terrible. I had nachos which made me feel ill for the next 24 hours. Bar staff clock watched to close and closed within 2 seconds of the closing time. Does not happen in Europe or Australia.

ホノルル空港に近く、空港⇔ホテルを無料シャトルバスがあるので便利

チェックアウト時に受付の担当者のＰＣの不具合で領収書（Invoice)が発行されず、後ほどメールで送ると言われて、送られた来た添付ファイルには宿泊者名や日付、料金の内訳の記載がなく、再発行をお願いしたが返事がなく、その後も2度催促したが全く返事がなかった。この日の宿泊はフライトキャンセルで延泊したためなので、航空会社にホテル代を請求するためにホテルの領収書が必要でその内容を伝えたが、ホテルからは何の回答もなかったので、未請求になってしまった。

Our stay was fine

The pool was clean and at times empty so our kids enjoyed it

Room is small and we had to pay 40 a night for parking on top of all that we already paid for the room.

Peaceful and quiet stay on the doorstep of the airport.

Not the Ritz but very good value for money. Fit for purpose regarding acessability to airport. Hotel has a free shuttle to and from the airport but I walked the 500 yards since I only had a small bag to carry. Also on bus route to Waikiki beach for only $3 a trip.

It’s a very clean and convenient hotel. Theirs shuttles runs every hour from 5am to midnight

The location the restaurant and the room is clean and cold AC there’s a microwave big enough to heat up food

Our flight came in at 2:30am we wish the shuttle services around that time. I see that there quite of customers on our flight catching cab to the hotel too.

It was such a great asset and we enjoyed poolside happy hour upon check in!

Convenient to airport and helped us with the one night stay before our flight the next day.

Carpet on 4th floor is very loose and made it difficult to push luggage and even walk without tripping.

Disappointed. The only thing good about the stay was the convenience to airport.

Very run down. AC not working in hallways but was in room. Rugs buckled when trying to push luggage. Very hard to push them. Ceilings were stained from water spots. Thankfully i had brought my own portable fan.

Excellent place close to the airpoy

Perfect location, walking distance from the terminal if you don't have lots of luggage. Comfortable and clean rooms, equipped with a large tv and a frigo bar. The restaurant opens only I. The afternoon for a quick bite and a drink.

Would stay here again if needed

Liked the free aiport shuttle to and from the airport. Also liked having a convenience store within the hotel to buy items we needed. Easy check in and check out too.

The hotel and rooms are a little dated.

Not as convenient as it ought to be

Location near the airport

I have a mobility impairment. I asked for as ADA room. I was informed that the ADA rooms are only on upper floors. The floors between the elevator and my room which was more than half way down the very long hallway. There was no bell captain to assist me on departure so I had to drag my luggage which was on wheels down the long hallway using my cane to walk. When I got to the lobby I had to go back to collect my second bag and went through the same process. By the time I got down to the lobby with my second bag there were no seats on the morning’s first shuttle. So I asked the desk to call a taxi for me and a colleague.

Smokey , run down and hidden charges

The hotel tried to charge me $10 extra, then insisted on a $270 security deposit, in case I damaged the room. On arriving at the room, the contents were hardly worth $270 and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The place is run down, very disappointed to have spent my money here.

Terrible amenities, good bed.

Bed was very comfortable, location was convenient to the airport

NO RESTAURANT. I had to cobble together a dinner from a paper tray of poke and some shortbread and nuts from the gift shop. Big thumbs down!!!! No breakfast either!

Great airport location

Airport shuttle was great and easy to organise from luggage collection. You have phones in the area you can use to push 0, ask for the shuttle and they send one to collect you at the arranged area. From domestic its out and left from Hawaiian domestic terminal. They will advise though. Served its purpose as we had a 11.30am flight the following day and wanted to be minutes away from the airport. (keeping in mind this was just after the Maui fires and evacuation). The rooms are way bigger than usual and if you remember how they use to be you will remember the space you had. Clean and tidy which was great. The laundry areas were awesome and 24/7. You could use a card or quarters. $4.75 per load and same cost for an hour on the drier. They don't have coin machines in there but they have a place you can buy tide or dryer sheets. So for us location was great, pictures matched the photos and bonus pool area was cold and deep. Loved the pool! they also have a lift to put disabilities in the pool but also sturdy steps and a solid bar. They also have a bar/snack bar area that opens from the foyer and is quite good. some music, bar snack food and good drinks to end a night is always good. No breakfast served at this place

They had a broken lift so the walking for my dad was too much as our room was in the middle but you had to walk the full corridor in the main building and then back to the unit. They did have a wheelchair so please if you bring someone you need to ask. They should have asked if we needed it because the shuttle driver helped us put my dad on and he was the bell hop guy too! the little gift shop in the hotel was expensive as but will work in a pinch.

Great price but won't stay here again

The airport shuttle picked my family up and dropped us off promptly upon calling the front desk. We liked how close the hotel was to the airport and the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations. (The pizza for our son was outstanding!)

When we first arrived at our room (2nd floor, end room, farthest from the check-in desk) my wife started to unpack while we waited for a bassinet to be delivered. She noticed a cockroach on the TV and called me in to take care of it. Cockroaches don't normally bother me so I wasn't alarmed, especially since it was very tiny. Our bassinet arrived and I started to put my baby down for a nap. That's when my wife shrieked from the bathroom that there were more cockroaches. Arriving into the bathroom there were 6 on the counter crawling in and out of the countertop. I went to my bag to get something to swat them and I saw 8 more of varying sizes crawling in the light by the TV. We immediately packed up and went into the hallway. I went back in to call the front desk to get a new room and they accommodated us. We moved far enough down the hall from the original room that my wife could sleep with minimal worry. We did not see any cockroaches in the new room.

Great location that takes the stress out of getting to the airport and returning the hire car.

Great location only 5mins from airport

$US40 per day to park car is simply extortion. Person in charge of the convenience store obviously missed the class on 'customer service'. Rude and dismissive.
