Good long term stay hotel

Location was great and set back from main road. It was quiet even when the daily trains traveled through. They didn't blow their whistle. The room is separated into living area, bedroom, separate bathroom. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, gel) were nicely scented. Breakfast was good in the selection, variety. Staff kept up with filling the entree dishes especially when several families came in at once. Available parking.

Mattress was not comfortable and made for several morning backaches. Coffee was not the best. Sometimes coffee containers were not filled so had to wait. A/C wasn't working properly and made for warm nights. We ended up moving to another room. When we brought this problem 2x to staff, they let it go for several hours. Third notification is the charm because a second shift staff member fixed the problem. Also, if you don't mind walking up steps to upper floors, then this hotel is for you. However, ask for a ground floor room...... the building didn't have an elevator. I didn't like the unwelcoming persona when we checked in and checked out. A warm, genuine smile and voice goes a long way.

As explained above, overall nice stay and very accommodating staff.

Just to clarify, we were booked a single bed room instead of the double bed room that we reserved. Unfortunately, this was during an ERAS Taylor Swift concert and they didn't have any other open rooms to transfer us to. Fortunately, although there are 5 of us, our 3 kids are relatively small and we were able to manage by using the sofa bed without being too uncomfortable. The front desk staff gave us the room for free due to the error, and given the price of hotels that night due to the concert, that lessened the heartache a lot. Otherwise, everything like the amenities and staff are great, so we were still overall happy with our stay because the staff made the effort to correct the issue without much hassle.

the location is good and very close to the airport

There is stains on the comforter. The pet stay fee is so expensive, cost $75 a night and the rate didn’t show clearly on the instruction.

Relaxing and cozy

I loved the clean cabana, enjoyed the pool, but mostly loved that it felt like an apartment! Very quiet location. The staff Mike and Elsa went above and beyond to keep checking on me through out my visit but not in an annoying way!

I can’t say anything that I didn’t like! I loved it all

Overall a very nice hotel

Location is good with great walking and biking path adjacent to the hotel.

I reserved a king bed and was assigned a double queen room. Although we all know that hotel queen beds are really double beds….

I AM RATING HOME 2 SUITES, not Homewood suites. I was rerouted there because of a leak. I had asked ahead of time for gluten and dairy free options at breakfast, and there were none at all except an apple.

I love the space of it and how comfortable it was. the room was clean and nice. the breakfast was more than exceptional, I’ve never experienced good tasting food at a hotel until this stay.

Great stay. Awesome room and the staff was fabulous. Always recommend Homewood.

Great breaakfast and were there for Wednesday Taco night. Both were excellent!

Awesome accommodations, friendly staff, convenient location

Very comfortable, and nice accommodations, Full-size appliances, comfortable couch and even a balcony to sit and enjoy the coolness. The free breakfast was an added bonus. The staff was friendly and the hotel was near shopping and restaurants.

Peaceful Comfortable Stay

The king suite was beautifully decorated, bed comfortable and it was quiet. I enjoyed the balcony watching the river and fall leaves.

There was some overlooked soap residue on the shower faucet and I didn't like the eggs, but there were lots of breakfast options and the rest of my room was spotless.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved the hot breakfast each morning! Lots of choices and always filled with fresh food. The staff is super nice and always love our stay here when we come for the Mariners games!

I have no complaints other than I wish you had Root sports on your cable options.
