The staff were great I just thought the property surrounding the hotel was not clean & the garbage can outside the front door was overflowing and there was trash lying around the parking lot.

Although near the airport you really don't hear anything. Also, it is very close to the main shopping mall in the area and other eating locations. It is about 20 minute car ride to central Buffalo which was very convienient.

Enjoyed the breakfast.
There was a delay at sign in. Would have liked to have been acknowledged while they were helping someone find a place for a manicure. Two people at desk, just say I’ll be right with you. Air conditioner too noisy.

Our room was spacious enough being the one bed. We were able to get online with a quick call to the front desk for help also. Nona was awesome with helping to see if they were able to accommodate an early arrival and was super sweet when we arrived, was very helpful through and through!
The noise from the hallway comes into the room so easily...which we knew from our last stay. I don't know if its the doors or maybe needing something better to insulate the sound to the hall from underneath the room entrances? We came prepared with a fan and music to help. The newer noise we had though was the backup beepers from the trucks in the business behind the hotel, that happened a lot while we were there.

Shower didn’t drain, pool was cold and was the reason we booked this hotel for children to swim, the AC was too cold but if you turned it any higher the heat came on.

Everything was wonderful, the location , the breakfast, the cleanliness of the room, comfortable beds, designed work/ study area was perfect for my college daughter that needed the space to prep for finals during our trip.

We got stuck in the storm and had to stay overnight in Buffalo before flying out to Atlanta. I booked that evening and the shuttle was waiting when we exited the airport. Upon arrival the friendly host checked us in and helped me purchase a couple freezer meals to make in the microwave as the storm was worsening. I awoke the next morning to find the power out and when I went downstairs I was greeted by another friendly host who offered us water bottles and confirmed the airport shuttle was indeed running. The young man who drove us in the night before was shoveling snow and we thanked him again before we boarded the shuttle with our morning driver. Pleasant and clean, even with no power and carrying the bags down the stairwell since the elevators wouldn't work, the staff stayed positive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you!

I must say this has been the worst service I have ever encountered.
we arrived at the hotel 9:30 on Wednesday check in was ok . The agent was polite.(gentleman).
The next morning we went downstairs to ask the front desk to call us a cab, Teresa was at the front desk (black woman) extremely unpleasant and rude she. my stay at the hotel was from wed-sat but snow came and it delayed my husband coming to pick us up. I approached the young lady at the desk she was young and pleasant to deal with. I ask if the was accommodation since the is a snowman storm which delayed my husband picking us up, she explained there is still a few rooms so ho online a book a room. she did not tell me to book a double room she said book something and I will work it that you keep the same room, which I did not understanding I would need to book back a double room. Later in the night I call the front desk
continue..to ask if they are able to see my reservation the young advise he is not able to see it but before he leave he will check it and get back to me. He never did. I call Sat just to make sure all is well and the same rude lady Teresa answered I told I was just checking on the reservation since I did not hear back from the young man.
I was promised to keep the same room. She explained yes she can see the reservation but I will need to check out she cannot allow me to keep it. I said to her I was told that I can keep it…she said we made a mistake we are fully book and that’s why you did not book a double I said to her no the young lady did not tell to book a double she said just book a room and I will let you keep the same room. she started yelling at me. I said no need to yell or be room. well if you don’t want the king room you will have to get out😢 I could not believe it . So I went back to the room and started packing.
while I was there house keeping ( Lilly)came to check on the room since she states it’s showing it’s ready for the next client to come in. I explained to her. she was extremely understanding and apologetic to the situation. she advice she will speak to the manager.
I waited for the manager to contact me he did not so I went downstairs to turn in my key. That when he told me he worked out something. he never apologized, but he was pleasant to deal with….
the best service I got was from Lilly and I appreciated her approach to the situation.

Great location, very close to the mall and other stores.
There was a little league sports team at the hotel during my stay, and the kids and the parents took over the hotel. The monopolized the eating areas every day.

The lady at the front desk was the kindest, most professional and friendly I have dealt with in a long time. We were exhausted when we arrived and there were no rooms ready but she and the team made a Herculean effort and we did not have to wait too long. It was very much appreciated.
I can't think of a thing except for our stay was too short! We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years and keep coming back because it's got a great team of people, it's clean and comfortable and is well located and well priced.
