Spacious rooms. Everything you needed — iron, Fridge, Microwave, AC & bathroom & full length mirror & charing points. Laundry facilities upstairs. Comfortable bed. Little convenience shop in lobby. Close to shops & fast food.
Filthy disgusting towel and wrappings in my room on arrival (handed it into front desk). Breakfast was complimentary but not great — canteen style with lots of styrofoam containers. “City view” was ground floor view of motorway & car park (kept curtains closed). AC was loud and wouldn’t turn off. But still nothing major. Enjoyed our stay

I had a perfect stay
Maybe offer a discount for people who have a loved one in Los Alamitos hospital.

The hotel is centrally located to everything you might need.
The front desk staff was disengaging and a little distracted.

Breakfast was very good and beds were comfortable. Room was very quite considering it was right next to the 405 freeway in Seal Beach.
There was no restaurant or bar. Very disappointing as I had a long day and looked forward to not having to go out for dinner or a glass of wine. Also, the television system is terrible. It took me quite a long time to figure out the remote. In the morning, I planned to leave the hotel about 10 and wanted to watch some television. Again, it took me about a half hour to get the station on that I wanted to watch. I have Spectrum at home and my remote is infinitely easier to use. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t like anything about it. The bad was so bad I hated every minute of my stay. They have a free breakfast but the dining room is kept very dirty not cleaning after each customer. It’s like a buffet breakfast yuck.
We found illegal drugs in the mattress when we pulled out the sheets for bed. We reported this to the front desk and they told us to leave it by our front door although there were kids running around. I will add what we found was not marijuana. When I brought my concern to the manager he called me names. I would never ever return here.

Great location, easy free parking, staff friendly and helpful
Lack of natural yoghurt and hot milk was a disappointment at breakfast and it generally lacked imagination. We were recommended to go to Spaghettinis but found it hugely expensive and one meal was very poor

Convenient and serviceable
Cleaning supply had strong fragrance which was overpowering. Breakfast was not appetizing and the breakfast room had no circulation so we smelled like fried food.

The attendant Cassie was amazing and very professional. The hotel is spectacular. Love everything about it. Rooms nice, very clean and beautiful decor, good breakfast too. Easy parking and was nice they have a security guard at night. Great area, but can never too safe anywhere. The hotel's general manager should be selected to facilitate Master Classes to other hotel managers across the country; s/he runs an outstanding operation.
Whoever was above me in 307 were load stumping and up late.

Shower head needs an upgrade to the 21st century.

the property itself was great! Very pretty inside the lobby. The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. The showers were clean. The location was great.
The only downfall from our stay we’re the employees. VERY rude!!! some of them didn’t even acknowledge we were standing there just waiting to be helped. Once we did get help it was with attitude, just seemed like every employee couldn’t wait to clock out. When we asked if there was a back door closer to the parking lot we got a guy who pointed his pen in the direction of the doors!!! no words!!! SMH bad customer service from all of them.

This hotel is considered a “boutique” hotel and the description fits as the decor was very warm and beautiful plus it was extremely clean!! LOVE THAT!!
The staff was professional and very kind. This hotel was very quiet and the beds were comfortable.😃
This hotel includes complimentary breakfast as well . The breakfast included items like, scrambled eggs, fancy scrambled eggs, pancakes. waffles bagels, 3 kinds of juice, regular and decaf coffee, oatmeal, cold cereal, fresh fruit and a variety of breads and danish. It was delicious and filling.😋
The gardens/ pool areas were beautiful and there were beautiful statues in the garden area as well.
Just lovely!! 🌼🌻🌸🌹🌷
The water pressure in the shower was very low!!
I could not even wash my hair as this shower would not have been able to rinse the shampoo out of my thick, heavy hair!!! It is possible that the poor water pressure is due to the hotel location. This hotel is in California so I was not surprised, just a bit disappointed. 😕. This hotel was NOT cheap!! If the shower was decent then I would have given this hotel a 10 ( excellent) rating. Heads up, the room phones are very hard to find as they all black and part of the alarm clock right next to the bed! I thought our room was missing a phone because of the phones unusual design and dark color. If you see the digital time right next to the bed , that is lit up, then Good News…your phone is located right on the top of that clock!! Also, the housekeepers are extremely nice and will go out of their way to help out their guests!!

Nothing
Did not clean room every day. Did not empty wastebaskets for two days. When we spoke to the manager about this, he said he would speak to the cleaning staff, they still didn’t clan our room every day. Toilet paper not replaced ! A free breakfast was included in the room rate but very often, pastries etc. were not delivered to the hotel so no breakfast available !

Bed & bedding excellent comfort. Room spacious and very clean. Room nearly soundproof & that makes for a good night's rest.
More space is needed for clothing. There was only one chest of drawers with 3 drawers & the bottom one was not useable for it was stuck. More coat hangers would be helpful. There were two of us & only 6 hangers in the closet.

Location nice. Front Desk confrontational. We didn’t get room we booked. No garden view. View of parking lot. No balcony. Not cool. Gave our room away because we booked with a booking agency! That stinks!

Well kept hotel. Nice decor! Friendly staff!
Oh …maybe a suite would have been nice! Looking forward to staying at other Ayres Hotels. Definitely wish we would have stayed at the hotel in Laguna, when in the area.
