Nice stay

Great property for family stay and value for money

The property is in good location, easy to access the public transport and convenient store /food, everything is in walkable distance , clean and fully equipped with utensil etc

Great Location.

The location is phenomenal - the secured parking is great too. It's generally very quiet and comfortable. The host is super friendly and great and very easy to interact with. The internet connection is fast and works great but the TV steaming is useless.

This property needs some TLC. It just looks very old and tired. The blinds are half broken, the AC either does not work or is not there so the place heats up very quick. The TV did not really work it tries to stream but it freezes so it is not really useful. The caulking in the bathroom needs attention. The real downer is the paid parking which if you are paying over $600 per night seems like a bit of nickel and dimming to me.

Great location. Horrible paint fumes ruined vacation.

The unit we got had paint fumes from recent renovation that was done hair before we arrived. The paint and chemical fumes never abated the entire week despite us getting fans and keeping windows open to air out the fumes. Caused terrible headaches. Asked for another apartment and told they were full. We had changed our reservations from a prior booking but I’d they had told us that the apartment would be renovated just prior to our stay we would not have picked that date. Although staff was nice and very helpful - renting out a property with fresh paint and construction fumes that won’t abate is unacceptable. All They did was waive the $100 rebooking fee. The price to stay in such an intolerable accommodation was unreasonable. Location is great however but would never rent from Dunowen again and would dissuade anyone else from doing so.

Yhe apartment could of done with some maintenance , cupboard door by the cooker was broken as was the cupboard floor und

Location was excellent close to all areas we wished to visit , clean and tidy with a washing machine, very helpful

Great , clean apartment in a terrific locale.

The location was great. Easy walking distance to most locales. Well appointed apartment with many appliances appearing to be new. Good size ensuite and 2nd bathroom .

Couch was a little undersized for the apartment; could have had another lounge chair. Some of the window furnishings need maintenance. The toilet seat in ensuite bathroom is stained and unsightly.

Great Location, Less Than Average Facilities

Location is great. We were able to walk to most places, or walk to public transit to get to other parts of the city. While numerous restaurants are available, we found that it was the same kind of food immediately around the facility.

We found the beds extremely uncomfortable. Also, the furniture, drapes, etc. were torn or damaged, and honestly need to be refreshed. Unfortunately, the TV did work well while we were there. While the host was very responsive when we mentioned it, the issue was not resolved. Given that it rained half the time we were there, we found ourselves indoors quite a bit, and television would have been a nice source of entertainment. Finally, it was a little weird that we were advised not to speak with neighbors.

Come prepared

Staying in downtown Vancouver. Everything worked well. Clean but old; showing signs of wear and tear (literally). Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

Picture of the apartment on Booking.com was not at all representative of the bare-bones apartment we were given. There was no soap for anything but the dishwasher. There were no paper products but very thin, poorly made toilet paper.

We had a fantastic stay in Vancouver.

Excellent location.

Bed was broken when we arrived, multiple broken slats, and not repaired while we were there. Spent each night sleeping in a hole!

Another good stay.

Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, beach and Stanley Park. Quiet building without many neighbors. Well stocked with kitchen gadgets, but would appreciate salt and pepper and other spices.

This unit had a funny layout with a lot of unusable space compared to a unit we rented in the adjacent tower earlier this year. One of the bathrooms smelled moldy and the hallway carpet could use a steam cleaning.

Comfortable apartment with great views

The view was wonderful, and we had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of space. Having Netflix on the TV was welcome.

Would have been useful to have some salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Great location, great communication, apartment a little “ tired”.

Very helpful both on late check in and late check out . Great communication. Clear written instructions and map provided. Well equipped kitchen Great location

Decor and fittings a little “tired” with chipped paintwork and stained carpet. Not that clean. Looked like a long time since it had had a really good clean. One dishwasher tablet, tiny bottle of washing up liquid , and one washing powder sachet a little tight for 4 people for a week. No cleaning cloth for the kitchen . Had to buy this too.

Very comfortable apartment with lovely view of the ocean, close to amenities and conference centre.

it was located within easy walking distance from the convention centre, where I was attending a meeting,

it was noisy overnight with traffic and emergency vehicles.

Room service not available

Bed in master bedroom fallen apart. It is the worst I came across from staying at hundreds of hotels /service apts in many countries. Portable aircon unit with exhaust air duct broken and hot air blowing back into the unit instead of out the window. Overall lack of maintenance and care for guests comfort is disgraceful.

Loved Vancouver, an excellent location but a pity that more care wasn't taken over the facilities

Location. Comfortable beds.

Plumbing in ensuite - w.c. didn't flush properly, shower very slow to drain. Kitchen equipment - no corkscrew, coffee maker ante-diluvian and should be binned ASAP and replaced by a modern machine or French press

The apartment is located in a perfect place, the views are simply incredible. Would book again

Even though it was easy to collect the keys, contactless access with a coded door lock would have been more convenient with our arrival close to midnight

If I must mention something to help make it more perfect, I think guests would greatly appreciate some welcome pack with some coffee/tea, also there were no dish sponges found.

Great apartment in a great location very close to all amenities, restaurants and transport.

Great location, very clean and comfortable apartment, personal welcome and show-through by Karel was most appreciated. Supermarket and liquor store very close, and heaps of restaurants nearby. Close enough to walk to many things, easy transport. The Hop-On-Hop-Off bus stop was just around the corner. Very safe and secure also for myself a consideration as a solo traveler.

No complaints really. Would have liked to have a kitchen sponge provided!

Great location!

The property is in central downtown and most restaurants or supermarkets are within walking distance which is a real advantage in the cold rainy days. The management company staff are friendly and respond promptly to queries. I will consider staying in the same property for my next visit.

The pillows and mattresses are a bit soft for neck and shoulder support.
