Best value and location around!

I’ve stayed there before and Loved that we didn’t feel like we got the least attractive room via Booking.com this time. Hardwood floors!!!!

Beautiful decor, very stylish rooms. Good breakfast. Staff are friendly.

The hotel is decorated beautifully. Very stylish. Pool area is lovely. Rooms are not very big and for 3 adults, was pretty tight. Not alot of room to move.

Location is not central, you need to Uber or have a car. The rooms are small.

We had an awesome time the staff went over and above to make sure that our stay was wonderful and it was. The concierge

The pool was awesome. The room was awesome. Had a very Miami vibe to it. The iguanas that hung out by the pool so cute would definitely stay there again.

The parking was not great. The on-site parking was extremely expensive. So we ended up parking in a public parking place, but it was a mile away and had to Uber back to the hotel.

I enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel.

The lighting was dim and if you connected more than 2 chargers the light would go off. The mirror is blocked by chairs and a table a better placement for it would be nice for pictures.

We would stay here again just skip the restaurant the service is so slow !!!

It was a cute hotel and the staff was good !! But the restaurant took forever !!! I don’t think they had enough staff to wait on the people at the restaurant!!! Food was good when we got it !!! We liked the beach and the chairs and umbrellas at the beach !!! Pool areas was nice but small !!!

Great stay!

Very conveniently located: a few meters from the beach, minutes from Ocean drive and Lincoln Road and a quick car ride to Wynwood, bay area, Little Havana etc... The kids (and parents) loved the swimming pool, it was warm and large enough for a relaxing or playful swim. Finally, the staff were really lovely- very courteous and patient.

Good place for its price.

Great stuff!!! I think best i have ever met! Very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed.

I had couple minor issues: 1) the light in my room twice turned on by itself in the middle of the night (2am and 3am) got me very scared . 2) at the arrival day my room has no hand soap, i asked one of the maids to fill it up, but probably she didn't understand me, and the next day i had to ask for it in reception (it was fixed), 3)isolation between floors is not the best, you can heat your upstairs neighbors if they are loud, but i guess earplugs can solve that problem

Mediocre in Mid beach

The fridge in the room cooled everything very well which I loved. They had ice machines on each they provided coffee and iron and hairdryer.

The room.smelt damp and felt damp even though they had a dehumidifier in the room They didn't clean the room for 1 day. The one waitress was amazing but I was annoyed a 20% gratuity was already added for staff who didnt even bother. The check in staff are very slow. You also pay 45 dollars a day for resort fees to use the beach umbreallas, which I never used. There should be an option to oay it only if you will use it It's fine for the price but I will not stay there again

Don’t stay here.

I left very important medicine at the hotel and tried to reach them several times since I live out of town. I called, left voice mails, several emails and still no answer from anyone at Circa 39. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Place was dirty and smelled like urine. Two towels in the room were dirty and tv was not working. I was trying to called them so they could bring more towels to the room and fix the tv, but they didn’t even answer the room phone. Not worth it.

Great time at Miami South Beach ❤️

We loved the perfect location with only 200m to the beach, the friendliness of staff, the size of the hotel (small and cozy) and esp. the outdoor facilities (pool and outdoor area). They also serve delicious food with reasonable prices :-)

The furniture in the bathroom was a bit broken due to age, but this is really a tiny thing to complain about. It worked, was just a bit loose.

I think I won’t be able to repeat this experience. I couldnt sleep due to low maintenance in the rooms too noisy

You can perfectly hear the noises of the floor from the room upstairs. I did not rest, couldn’t sleep due to noises of the wood floor crunching every time they walk. Really bad the noises.

Séjour parfait

Agréablement surprise, hôtel avec un personnel chaleureux, les équipements au top ( piscine chauffée, serviettes, transat & parasol à la plage, fontaine à eau et à glaçons). Le restaurant est très bon + très bonne literie Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille avec des enfants.

La clim est très forte dans l hôtel, mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail

Would return for sure, great location, staff and food, few small steps could make it awesome

Bedroom wasn’t 100% clean, went to plug charger in behind the bedside table and it was filthy as was under the bed. Noisy (assume) air con unit outside bedroom window and very noisy from upstairs due to wooden floors. Broken pool step (middle step be careful!)

Well located and small structure

Noisy We asked to be moved to another room as we had an air conditioning block right under our window which was making a lot of noise. Unfortunately our request could not be met. Difficult to sleep in these conditions. Regarding the beach: There were 4 of us and there were only 2 chairs on the beach and only 1 umbrella. Impossible to stay in the sun in these conditions. Parking: there is a parking near the hotel but we had to pay almost 150$ for 3 days...

Location is great, staff are nice, all room amenities available and working will. Has a location with umbrellas on the beach.

The hotel is a bit old, relatively small room, very small bathroom. The floor squeaks when people pass outside, woke me up alot.

Great stay in Miami Beach, will return.

Great location, near the beach. Staff was very friendly and gave us tips where to park the car at very affordable $8/night rate. They gave us towels for the beach and helped store the luggage.

Nothing really, it was a great stay, will return again there.
