The Roat sting house is awesome! The view was great & bed was really comfortable. The owner is really friendly.

The double doors help keep mildew at bay but I wish I’d brought my travel humidifier - it was so dry at night!

Steve was an awesome host, communicating quickly about questions we had.

Beautiful location, cold outside but comfortable inside. Amenities were all as expected.

Online ad says Kitchen well stocked. While there were sufficient dishes, pot and pans we thought a few basic spices besides salt and pepper would be easy to accomplish as well as a bottle of cooking oil. We cooked several meals and ended up leaving some packaged spices in the cupboard, hopefully they are left for the next renters.

Neat experience!

Steve and his wife were very inviting and the suite was spacious and clean . They also let me use the car charger for the duration of my stay ! Highly recommend this property 😊 on a side note , north rustico area and beach is beautiful!

So unique

This is probably the most unique place we have stayed when traveling. This house exceeded all of our expectations. It was extremely clean and the views from the house were spectacular. The house rotates very slowly which gives you a view from all angles. The owner Left behind instructions and directions for everything we would need during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to my friends and family. Thank you for this unique experience!

Fantastic all around experience!

The property is very nice and the concept of the rotating house kept us chatting. We loved when it was rotating and were surprised at how expansive the span of the view for each apartment was. It was a nice walk to the beach and along the harbour from the house. People, including owners, very friendly and offered some great ideas for local attractions and touring. Overall, fantastic experience and would recommend highly to all!

As stated above, our trip and experience was fantastic, but may we suggest a few things we looked for or were wishing we could have put our fingers on. Had most amenities you would need but May we suggest a cookie sheet, small broom, coffee filters for the coffee maker and extra pillows for beds. Our kitchen sink plug didn’t work and we had a hard time holding water for cleaning dishes.

perfect location. Outstanding and original property. All you need is at your disposal. Very clear instructions on the property use. The rotation of the condo was very surprising and got to see the ocean view several times. Walking distance to restaurants and national park beach
