We went Saturday Morning for Breakfast at the Restaurant at the Resort it was great but I found that being a Diabetic there maybe could of been more choices in the menu, other than that everything was fine.
Other than more choices on the menu for Breakfast for Diabetics would of been ok.

Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It felt like a home away from home. Love that the suit was equipped with full kitchen stocked with cookwear and utensils so we could prepare our own meals. The area is quiet and peaceful.
The check-in process had a long line. As everyone was checking in for 4pm. Would be nice to have a staggered check ins

Nothing, only location. Sad that some people don’t like their jobs and are not performing as expected whether it’s cleaning, front desk or marketing. Sell what you offer don’t overvalue your services or fix the existing issues!
The name “water resort and spa” is a total scam. I ended up at the hotel with the front desk telling me that SPA is managed by a separate company. SPA didn’t answer the phone and when I went in person to book an appointment was told they are fully booked for the next 3 days. Outrageous that the advertisement doesn’t mention that booking should be done in advance and additional fees have to be paid at the SPA. Went for the SPA and left without any SPA activities, unacceptable and rip off!
The bathroom didn’t have a proper size of sink, unacceptable for a 4*star hotel. There was no space to put any of make up stuff or toiletries. The shower was not clean as expected, some disgusting yellow spots.
The elevator smells so bad, like urine and floors were not clean. Keep in mind, this year there is not even snow to have an excuse (even then, should be clean). That’s a 4* not a motel and we paid $302 with taxes…horrible
Staff unfriendly, not helpful and don’t care about your feedback. At the checkout when I mentioned that I was disappointed she gave me an expired “next visit $25 discount”…how can I visit if you’re so inconsiderate about my current stay.
Hope management will take care of the ongoing issues as people are getting ripped off.

We had dinner at the seafood grill and our server Jenny was absolutely amazing! She made our experience so enjoyable we didn’t want to leave. It was our 1 year anniversary and she brought out a dessert on the house that said “happy anniversary” on it. Made my day.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the aquapath and massage at the spa. We came here last year on this same weekend and had to come back for it again.
When we booked it said it came with $60 in resort credit to spend but when we arrived we only 2 $10 vouchers- one for restaurant and one for spa. After explaining they gave us 2 more but you could only use one coupon per visit. Which still only was $40.
When we checked out they gave us a $25 voucher on our next stay but is only good till December 15th which we won’t be back by then.

My family enjoyed everything from the check-in to the interiors of the suite..the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, beds..everything was perfect.
The amenity spaces; lobby, restaurant on site, rooftop, spa, kayaking area, pond, trees around..

Beautiful and clean
Short staffed in the restaurant

Waterfront was beautiful
The room was totally rundown. Jacuzzi tub handle wasn’t attached and had to place into the fixture to use the tap. Shower was small and leaked onto the floor. Nothing was in good repair. The coffee maker even leaked all over the floor in the morning. I’ve stayed in some dumps in my life, this was a high class price with a ghetto vibe possibly the worst of all my travels anywhere. I was so mad when we checked out I couldn’t even complain to the front desk because I would have totally embarrassed myself and made the staff feel uncomfortable I’m sure.

Convenient location to visit the blue mountains.
The hotel in general areas seemed a bit tired, not the standard expected for the price paid. However the rooms were updated and a good size for a family. Great views from the rooftop, be sure to head up for sunset.
General areas in need of decorating, seemed a bit worn in places.

I liked how the room was super clean, we had all the kitchen supplies, we had a balcony and everything was close around
I felt like I got scammed. I travelled 3 hours away because this hotel said all the spa amenities were available to us everyday, I have spent $1000 just to use a pool and stay in a room. Everyday we try and make reservations and nothing is available. We should of gotten told this was gonna be unavailable or else I would of went somewhere else for the price I paid

The only suggestion and I know it’s difficult but the balcony could use a cleaning - pressure washer

New building, clean
I was at the hotel at noon, and 3 staff told me will put me on priority list, and I got the room till 4:15. The reception told me no notes left in their system. I can understand it normally very busy in this time. I felt disappointed that they didn't actually did anything, but they told me different story.
3.5
The location and view.
Washrooms off of the dining room. Where filthy dirty and messy.
My steak at diner was over cooked, twice. I ate the second one as we had an event to attend.

The spa was nice. View was nice from the roof top patio.
View from our room was disturbing. Burnt out boat!
Restaurant was over priced. Food was good but we feel like we were in a diner. Tables too close together no privacy. We like to eat indoors with air conditioning, did not realize that it was open air restaurant. Was not a fine dining experience. Staff was great though.

Nice location and clean. Views of the marina and water
Staff were helpful and attentive- during our checkin and during our stay
We didn’t do any activities at the resort due to our short trip and spending a full day at blue mountain. That was our fault not the property!

Very spacious clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Periodic dog barking in the middle of the night.

The condo/room in the hotel was very practical, well appointed. The bedding were very comfortable.
Around you have so many things to discover. Scenic Caves, hikes, Wasaga Beach, …
The AC in the lobby… crazy ! a freezer !
The food wasn’t terrible at the hotel’s restaurant. So we use our kitchen and had great meals.

2nd time staying there. I absolutely love the beds and pillows. Such a great sleep! Love the pool. Lots of room to swim. Love that you can stay in bed longer and just make breakfast with the kitchenette supplies. Friendliest staff I've encountered at a hotel. I will definitely be back again!

Very over priced. I don't know why they call themselves a "resort".
The spa booked me an appointment on the wrong day. The day before we arrived.
You can't get through to spa by phone.
We will not be back. Nor would we recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms and attending staff were very helpful. They were able to get all the extra items we wanted for the rooms.
