Comfy bed, terrible sleep.

The bed was really comfy

No staff overnight. The fire alarm went off at 3:30am and nobody knew what was going on. We are from the UK and are not used to the sound. We were not sure initially if it was an earthquake warning, a fire alarm, the sound kept changing. People were going outside, not knowing what was happening. The fire crew turned up eventually and said we could all go back to bed. It would have been helpful to have somebody there at that time.

Sehr abgwohntes Motel

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption. Kostenlose Parkplätze. Sehr gute Lage, Fishermans Worf war fußläufig im 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Ausstattung war sehr abgewohnt und dreckig. Das Bad war sehr klein und ebenfalls schon sehr alt, abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Die Auslegeware und Sitzmöbel waren sehr schäbig und dreckig. Die Zimmer waren mit der Ausstattung viel zu überteuert unserer Meinung nach.

Eine Frechheit, so etwas überhaupt anzubieten.

Kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit. Gute Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parkmöglichkeit.

Uralte und beschädigte Möbel, vernagelte Fensterläden, Klebeband. Beschmierte Wände. Teilweise defekte Elektrogeräte. Zunächst unfreundliches Personal. Erst als ich dem Manager ein Video von einer kleinen Ratte zeigte, die durch den Spalt unter der Tür ins Zimmer kam, wurde er freundlicher und gab mir ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses war genauso mangelhaft wie das erste Zimmer. Eismaschine im Innenhof poltert nachts, ein Obdachloser treibt sich auf dem Parkplatz herum. Auf die Mängel angesprochen, sagte der Mitarbeiter, ich hätte ja jetzt ein anderes Zimmer. Sonst nichts.

Good location, but what a dive!

Location

Grungy, dingy, cramped, worn out furniture, worn out carpet. Bed hard as a rock, pancake pillows. No coffee or tea-making facilities in the room, nor microwave. Tiny bathroom with no counter space, and a very noisy fan.

Je recommande l' adresse pour le prix, le parking est intéressant pour sans francisco,

L'emplacement de l' hôtel, parfait ! Ligne de bus passe devant, je conseille le pass muni qui permet de faire le bus le tramway, le métro et le câble car !

Le lit n'était pas confortable du tout !

Sehr abgewohnt, penetranter Geruch nach Räucherstäbchen oder so ähnlich. Ansonsten alles zweckmäßig und ausreichend

Adecuado en relación precio-calidad-ubicacion

La ubicación es muy buena, además el personal me guardó una chamarra que olvidé en la habitación. Avisé y cuando regresé a los 8 días me la devolvieron intacta.

Cuando lleganos temprano no había nadie atendiendo, la recepción decía personal desde las 9 am pero nos fuimos alrededor de las 10 am y nadie estuvo.

In der Nähe von Fisherman's Warf. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus.

Kleines Zimmer. Die Dusche war nur lauwarm. der Stuhl war defekt. Die Parkplätze waren zu eng. Teuer.

It’s fine for a night or two decent price good location and free parking

I’ve stayed here a number of occasions it is very conveniently located and not as loud as other parts of Lombard Street having the free parking is nice, but the facility itself is definitely in need of a makeover. It’s very dilapidated and dirty.

Old and linens and towels are obviously ancient as well as furniture

I would recommend this hotel to friends and family lots to see around the area

the room was clean everything worked and it was quite. breakfast was good. a feeling of relaxation enjoyed the stay. althougth it was short thank you.

backing out of parking lot has to be careful but happy there was parking available

Probably wouldn’t stay there again but for a night to fly in/out it is adequate

Location was ok. Easy to find. Staff efficient and gave good advice

Roomed spelt of strong cleaning solution. Carpet stained, walls very thin so quite noisy. No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Safe and convenient accommodation in San Francisco; older rooms, but clean and well-located for SF

Despite the fatal situation in San Francisco regarding homelessness and crime, we felt quite safe in the accommodation. Fisherman's Wharf etc. are still easily accessible on foot and also a station of the "Hop on Hop Off" bus is located directly nearby. We could therefore leave our rental car the entire time in the motel parking lot, which is also well lit at night. We would have felt a little safer if there had been a gate with access restrictions to the porperty. Info to all visitors of San Francisco: Please leave your rental cars at the hotel! We unfortunately saw several times ourselves how cars were broken into in the immediate vicinity of us at Fisherman's Wharf. Leave your cars in the parking lot of the motel/hotel and never leave your belongings in the vehicle!

The rooms are a bit older (but clean!). The motel is certain not designed for a "luxury" or "relax" vacation. But it serves its purpose. Tip: Buy a room spray - it settles well on the old carpets and refreshes the entire room.

Worth the money plus good location

Pricing and location were the positives. Also, on premise parking was a huge beneficial in a City like San Francisco where breakins are very common.

Would expect at least a microwave.

Property was okay. With some effort, it could be a significantly better... Especially in the bathroom.

The parking lot was really tight. But I guess I should be thankful we got parking in San Francisco!

Bare bones room

Price was better than others

No coffee maker no microwave. Hard to get at electrical receptors way too few also, not any clothe and towel hooks, and TV should be in front of beds not off to the side, and fridge should be on table not on floor

I love the location and I love that they accommodated my travel request.

How thin the walls are we could hear the neighbors talking all night. The shower nozzle was broke off and the shower could have been cleaned better. The toilet is old and needs a new seat cover. Vending machines are not available, as we thought.

Superb

Awesome for the price, no complaints, mini fridge, tv, closet, altogether a great choice when visiting SF

Have to stretch to think of anything I didnt like. I suppose the parking lot is a little awkward to get out of? The wooden blinds could stand a little fix I guess. Otherwise it was well worth the price and I plan to come back again in the future for sure.
