Great location, friendly staff & quiet.
I’m really sensitive to fragrance & the lobby area seemed to have a strong air freshener, but not a deal breaker!

Extremely Unique. From the very first step into the hotel. The Decor captives you. I fell in love immediately. My first time being in Chicago, I couldn’t have picked a BETTER hotel.
The Location, The Decor, The Staff, I have NO COMPLAINTS. Everything was AWESOME!

Nice location to explore a different neighbourhood in Chicago. Well located beside buses and the train. Very friendly and helpful staff, who were able to provide us with cutlery when required. Very comfortable bed to sleep in.
The room was a little small, but there was useful storage options and a good sized en suite to balance that.

The staff was great Neal was wonderful to me. Location was perfect ! I could walk to where I needed to be. Good stores and restaurants around.
Rooms were DIRTY !! I was there for 5 nights and the maid only came once. I know I already said it but the rooms were truly dirty and OLD. Also did not like hotel décor , although that wouldn't make a difference if I stayed there again. Price of room was reasonable ( for Chicago ) but not since it was kind of a downer to sleep there. I had two different rooms the second room was WAY better the first but still kind of ...yuk ! Sorry guys don't like to say bad things about anything just felt I needed to this time.

Funky decor was so fun...loved the stickers in the elevator. Bed was comfy. Close walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants.

This was the second time we stayed here and loved it. Feels safe and each room I have stayed in was really clean. Love the whole vibe of this hotel. Bring a sticker to add to the elevator 😁
The only complaint I do have is the bathrooms are a little chilly and the water pressure wasn't as great this time.
