It was great! We would definitely choose Caribe Royale again for our next stay in Orlando!

The 2 bedroom villa was nice and cozy. The master's bedroom was very spacious and the bathroom was great. The living room, kitchen, and other bedroom were also of good size. The kitchen was complete with plates, utensils, glasses, pans, etc. The hotel had A LOT of amenities. The swimming area had a slide and had a nice, fun vibe to it. Food in Calypso was great though quite pricey. Enjoyed our stay!

We had to use our room a little after lunch but it was being serviced by housekeeping. I requested for her to come back and clean our room after a few hours but she was not able to.

A+ service from such warm and friendly people - from the Hotel Manager to the pool staff!

The service was excellent. This is a place that had staff members who went out of their way to make our stay absolutely friction free and enjoyable! Juan attends the pool grounds - AMAZING guy and super attentive! Luisa and Andrea were our go-to-servers and they were also super attentive and went our of their way to make sure drinks, food, and anything else needed were in our hands ASAP. I cannot thank these three enough for showing me and my family such a great time. It's nice to still have staff members of a resort who make you feel how they want to feel on their vacations. Will be back!

I think the "Miami Vibes" DJ could have changed it up a bit throughout the day. My favorite time for music at the pool was Sunday between 830-1030 where we had 90's mix and even a little Hotel California. The DJ was okay but constant drowning of techno beats got old.

Food was great 👍 Pickle ball court was good.

Pool bar drinks pricey and not good. Beds in villas were not comfortable. Pool didn't have the waterfalls on and the pool water was not really warm. 40.00 per hour to use courts during best times, early morning and late afternoon. Only free during the middle of the day when the sun really beats you down. Parking 30.00 per day seems a bit much. Room was not ready at 4pm check in. Front desk wanted to charge me the resort fees even after I explained several times I paid everything upfront. After several minutes and some back and forth the confirmed I already paid the fees.

The resort was so pretty! We stayed in the Villas and they were extremely clean and quiet during our stay. Food and drinks we perfect and the resort was located minutes from Disney! The staff was kind, helpful, and no one attitude in sight!!!

We would definitely stay again! Lovely property!

room was lovely and clean. we loved the layout. very knowledgeable people working.

we would have loved a balcony. wish they had told us about the automatic "tip" when we had a drink outside. This is nonsense and honestly, we like to leave tips by ourselves. (not being forced)

Great Resort!!

The property is beautiful and remodeled and in a great location. We did not get to eat the food. There was a bar with drinks starting at 17-18 a cup which I thought was a bit much. Otherwise the property was very nice and we would stay again!

The only thing I would say is the pool area seemed outdated and the beds in the villa weren’t comfortable. The maintenance had to place a board on the box springs as we would roll and sink to the middle of bed at night.

It was an overall positive experience. Their staff makes all the difference.

The staff was exceptional especially the bar staff at the Calypso. The first part of my stay I was alone and it happened to be Valentine's Day. They could not have been nicer. By the end of my stay they had been introduced to my daughter and all of my friends that were actually staying at another hotel. I would recommend this hotel and stay again in the future

There was a tiny snafu with my reservation but it was quickly resolved. There was also a minor issue with our access card not working at the parking gate so there was a double charge but again it was resolved quickly

Wonderful resort

We stayed at the villa and I have no words. We had a nice view,balcony and very beautiful apartment style rooms. The room is so clean and looks new, the bathrooms are awesome the kitchen is so clean and has everything we need for our stay. It feels like home. If you are traveling in group or family this is great place. It has living area, dining area amazing open kitchen spacious rooms, washer and dryer and so much more.

We stayed few mins over 11am for check out and too much knocking, phone calling and repeated bell rings after we told them we will leave in few mins they keep coming back. It was a bit annoying but other than that everything is good.

Nice hotel but you’ll pay for it

Clean Very nice Not crowded 3 towers conveniently located to pool bar and lobby. Starbucks on property. Rooms were suites so you had an extra area to be together besides the bedroom.

The property provides ice machines on each floor, but no filtered water stations. $7 per bottle in the room. The workout facility didn’t provide filtered water or water bottles either. The breakfast Buffett is $30 per person - not worth it. When you order food of drinks from the pool they charge you a service charge on top of tax and the total, then ask for an additional tip. Drinks are $12 for a beer and $18 for a frozen drink or cocktail, then tax and a service charge on top of that. The walking track ends up in the parking lot. Parking your own car overnight is $30 per day.

Localização excelente. Equipe amigável e prestativa. 5 minutos do Outlet Vineland. Quarto renovado com excelente decoração. 5 minutos de um Walmart.

Pia fora do banheiro. Não tem café da manhã incluído (o ofertado no hotel custa uns 20 dólares por pessoa). Estacionamento é pago, com ou sem vallet.

Our stay was beautiful and well enjoyed.

I liked everything about our stay during the Christmas holiday. The hotel was beautiful with all the Christmas decorations. We enjoyed taking pictures with Santa and Mrs Claus, our walk on the pier, sitting around the fire pit and restaurant choices.

As much as I loved the hotel, I have to admit that I didn’t like the room door. It appeared as though the measurements were off when the door was installed and it didn’t have the bottom door sweep so light shined inside our room at night in the shape of the door.

The bus to and from Disney parks and springs is limited only one time for each park or springs on the whole day that inforecd me to go by car there and pay the parking fee also the one day and the second day I went by hotel bus but go back by uber

Room rate cheaper than similar resorts and love the spacious and newly done room.

Newly furbished rooms are great, love the extra space with the sofa corner and TV. Location is a bit further away from disney springs and during xmas time there is a lot of traffic back up no matter where you go, that location is not exempt. Swimming pool is nice lots of beds. I like to pick my own bed but seems the one time we could enjoy the pool the pool guide wanted to assist us which bed to take. Breakfast buffet is nothing special and is like in many of these big chain hotels way overpriced.

Additional high cost for parking fees, but you can park fairly close to your building.

Caribe is my go-to place to stay in Orlando.

I love laying poolside, ordering drinks and occasionally going down the water slide to cool off. It’s the perfect pool day spot! If you go, look for Luis from Venezuela, he took great care of us.

Will never return

The pool area was great.

Where do I start. The junction outside is absolutely lethal and we ended up in a car wreck outside there!! This Hotel should warn Tourists that it’s based around Conventions & Conferences. Very formal atmosphere and we were unlucky to land there during a National Sales Conference for Universities. Atmosphere was strange and staffs attitude was very poorly. Too far out with not even a bar within walking distance..
