Best place to stay in San Francisco!!!

Bright and sunny rooms. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Happy hour was fun.

Great place. I’d stay again.

Spotlessly clean, friendly and professional staff, gin martinis at sipping hour. Hard to imagine I’d give kudos on water bottles, but kudos on the metal water bottles and refilling stations.

La situation de l'hotel. Parking cher, mais disponible avec voiturier.

Chambre 819 extrêmement bruyante, vieillotte et peu de prise murales pour toute la famille. Personnel distant. Attention, les prix de la chambre changent entre check-in et le check-out! Il nous a été expliquer que ce-la est du à l'inflation quotidienne !!

It’s a lovely hotel. I have stayed here many times and I will stay again.

Beautiful vintage hotel in a great location. Staff is exceptional.

Dog barking late at night and early morning. Pets should be limited to certain floors and guests should without pets should have rooms on pet free floor.

The folks at the desk were excellent and really tried to meet all of my needs.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like other than not being able to get a cab to the airport. But that was the Marathon's fault.

Very confortable stay

The hotel is really nice, room are clean and comfortable and have a good style, location is amazing. I was afraid as it was the cheapest 4 star hotel that it would be bad, but it was not, really like the stay

The wine hour is an incredible feature to have. The staff were attentive towards every need, and had genuine attitudes. They are all hard workers I enjoyed there assistance even if I only stayed for the weekend.

The rooftop Garden was such a relaxing area to walk around,take pictures, or read a book,etc.

Awesome stay!

I loved the drink hour and the staff all told my girlfriend happy birthday(that was the reason for us traveling). The staff were all amazing!

There was some loud construction across the street early in the morning but that’s out of your control.

Great and happy stay

Great location next to BART and close proximity to restaurants. loved the happy hour between 5-6 pm and the staff was wonderful. Rooms look recently redone and lots of space. nice size bathrooms too. Would definitely stay again!!

Well someone pulled the fire alarm and that wasn’t fun…although not the fault of any of the staff.

A recommended hotel to stay in San Francisco

I appreciate the friendly and respectful staff from the lobby upto the people who were serving us during the happy hour, the coffee, free still water , I like the spacious bathroom, the large closet, good & safe location , and the quietness in the hotel possibly they have noise cancellation.
