Would have been perfect without the noise

- Stuffs are absolutely great and allowed me to check in early/check out late. - Bed is comfortable, utilities are good. - Breakfast is nice. I wasn't able to find any knife though but using fork for my bread isn't THAT bad...

- Noise canceling is horrible. Woke up by different things like vehicle noise, kids yelling on the hallway throughout the night.

Very nice property!

Super clean hotel. Looks new. Can’t believe it’s 10 years old. Had a very large king suite. Bed was excellent. Very nice staff. Had a great stay!

The bed was uncomfortable. It was too soft and sagged in the middle. Not at all what one expects of a hotel at this price point.

Pool regulations did not match the Provincial regulations in regards to gathering. My group was 10 persons and they wouldn't make an exception for us all to enjoy the pool together. Wished there was variety for breakfast as some of my group were vegan

We got good sleeps, the location and the provision of all day coffee/tea are convenient.

Room - the ceiling toilet light went out; originally we thought why the bathroom is so dark, the next day we found there were a ceiling light out. We didn't report that, and observed Housekeeping didn't make any changes during our entire stay. Breakfast - we only went for 2-3 times during our stay. The waffle machine was very popular, got to use it on the last breakfast of our stay, but the waffle mix dispensers were quite stuck, and the signal went out, I made decisions of when to turn, so the output was so-so. Clean - I find fine hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in, could have done a better job. Forgot to clean/ change towels even I put them on the floor. The towels seems a bit too old, can let them retire.

No supply of bottle water/ drinking water (maybe you considered tap water is sufficient). I noticed only Diamond or some-level of clients can get free water, or we need to buy it from your tuck shop. I didn't check it out, suggest to present bigger/clearer price list.

Хороший отель, как для Канады.

Завтрак:) Для меня загадка, почему эта сеть в Европе может выдавать на завтрак нормальные металические приборы, а в Канаде пластиковые вилочки и бумажные тарелочки:) Это позор. Еда тоже дрянь.

Room was spacious and clean, pool was entertaining for kids and the free breakfast had good options. Excellent room rates, lots of restaurants nearby and offers free parking.

Just OK place to stay

We stayed in a King size bedroom suit. The room was clean and big. It came with a sink, microwave and mini fridge. Easy to access off the highway.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The complimentary breakfast was full of processed food and carbohydrates.

Tudo em Markram tem fácil acesso e boa localização. Algo bom deste hotel é que o estacionamento não tem custo extra como a maioria dos Hamptions Inn. Quartos bem espaçoso e silencioso. Camas confortáveis, que garante uma boa noite de sono. O café da manha é básico, mas suficiente para iniciar o dia.

A falta de limpeza diária dos quartos apesar de não ser algo muito ruim, pelo valor cobrado pela acomodação deveria ter ao menos uma faxina diária. Desta vez a internet deixou a desejar, cada vez que abria o computador tinha que refazer o processo de login na rede, que algumas vezes deu problema e tive que utilizar a internet do celular.

Nice stay for a couple of days

The room was really spacious.

Lovely large room and great breakfast.

The breakfast was bomb. Ill be back for just that! The pool was so warm and clean. It was a great location as well!

When we tried to check in early, the guy at the front desk at 2 o clock on may 20th would not let us check in early. 10 minutes later we went back and were helped by a lovely woman who helped us get in our room as we had a wedding to attend and pre requested to have an early check in if possible. The man at the feont desk was rude and not ver polite and was on his phone constantly. 😒 that was our first impression and i was not impressed.
