Great Hotel

Lovely hotel, great room, very comfortable.

This is right on the edge of the part of SF that you don’t want to be in, if you can afford to stay somewhere else. Google Tenderloin if you want to know more. We still had a great stay though. Couldn’t fault the hotel or staff.

the hotel was beautiful! the outside was clean too! Nice staff! Nice guests. Parking was easy to navigate and secure it was also very easy to get an uber. The hotel was keycard entry for security which was my fav part. 😂

Convenient location close to Civic Center.

Location close to Civic Center. Spacious room with sitting area. Nice lobby area.

The carpet in the bedroom was wet and smelled like chlorine. When will hotels move to more hygienic flooring?

Nice and very well located

The room was spacious and everything was clean and tidy. The facilites were in perfect conditions and the location was excellent for our needs. We walked around, found a few good spots to eat and even rode the cable car from the stop at California & Van Ness.

We booked the room with a crib for our 2-year old kid and when we arrived (10:00PM), the crib wasn't there. Luckily, the staff was very responsive and solved the issue in less than 15 minutes.

We were satisfied with our accommodations and the staff was great!

I dropped an earring on the floor, when I crawled around on the floor, I noticed little bits of what appeared to be peanuts imbedded in the rug. It was also very dusty underneath the dresser, that is where my earring was found.

We had to go up and down stairs to get to the parking garage which wasn’t a problem before my surgery but afterwards it was a bit dicey going up and down the stairs after my surgery. The room was very small. OK for one person.

Location ruined my stayed

Not the best location if you're not familiar with the city. The surrounding areas are very dirty, and sadly, there's a lot of the homeless community in the area, which makes it feel unsafe to walk around at any time, but particularly unsafe at night.

The location is not great; there are not many good restaurants nearby. There's a diner on the first floor of the hotel, but the food is overpriced and not good.

Overall, my room was clean but I did find a dead bug in my bed. I thought the hotel was charming.

There was not a complimentary breakfast, which I was surprised by.

The location was convenient but not the best area. One block over was very sketchy and there was feces on the sidewalk everywhere.

Check in was very easy, super clean rooms, beautiful design. Small gym open 24 hours and linked restaurant to the hotel.

Schönes Foyer, nettes Personal, sicheres Gefühl im Zimmer

-ausgesprochen hellhöhrige Zimmer -nur alle 2 Tage Roomservice -keine ausreichende Belüftung gegen Wasserdampf im Badezimmer -Ecken und Schubladen mit Staub -Personal nur Bedingt zuvorkommend -Umgebung des Hotels sehr dreckig und mit sehr vielen auf dem Bürgersteig lebenden Menschen

The Hotel staff was incredible; specially Ed. He was a shining star the whole time, very friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful! The hotel is a hidden gem in the city!

Beautiful stay, I’m very satisfied.

The outside looks rough, but that’s just San Fran. The inside is super beautiful and clean, I loved the decor and cleanliness. The staff were very nice and helpful.

There really wasn’t much to not like about this property.

Had to be close to CPMC across the street so this is the perfect location.

It’s very clean and well kept The staff is always very friendly and helpful The rooms are comfortable and clean and very pretty Love the attached restaurant staff and food

The location to the venue- Regency Ballroom was in walking distance. There was also food downstairs and private parking (for a fee.)

I don’t like having to pay for parking. I feel as a guest of the hotel it should be included.

Extremely disspointing

Front staff, do not know her name, but she was of African American decent. She was simply awesome

Location!!!! Surrounded by homeless people, dirty, unsafe. We did not receive points for our stay We did not get an automatic update Parking, the only reason we got park on location is because my husband is handicapped Room very small Price
