Beautiful hotel in quiet location

It was as pretty as it is in the photos, very quiet for its location

There was one valet that didn’t treat us like the other guest, wouldn’t help us with our luggage and just left us to struggle, the other 2 valets that were there were absolutely amazing though!

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, zwischen Westwood und Beverly Hills. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es ist allgemein sehr ruhig. Am Pool und im Gym war kaum was los, man hat seine Ruhe. Parken kann man kostenlos auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Angenehme Hotelgäste, kein Partyhotel, sondern eher Businessleute oder Pärchen.

Es wird nur 2x die Woche richtig sauber gemacht, ansonsten werden nur Handtücher gewechselt, ab und zu das Bett gemacht. Im Bad lagen häufig noch die Haare, der Mülleimer war auch nicht immer geleert. Finde das für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse nicht wirklich angemessen. Ansonsten war aber alles super 👍🏼

Beautiful place to stay in LA

We loved the hotel! It is located between two beautiful and tranquil neighborhoods Westwood an Beverly Hills. The room was actually a mini apartment with a kitchenette which was very useful. Seems recently refurbished. Would definitely recommend.

A hotel that you can feel relexed in Los Angeles.

A cozy and comfortable hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were nice. It also came with a kitchen for simple cooking.

Parking was not free.

Staff were fantastic. Facilities were great - pool and hot tub - also kitchen in the suite was very useful

There didn’t seem to be a bar or restaurant that was accessible without a reservation.

Super attentive staff Very welcoming from start to finish Valet was always prompt and friendly Extremely quiet and calm loved coming back to this hotel after a busy day out Poolside drinks and snacks were great ! Portion sizes of ice cream from restaurant were enormous! Pool was very nicely heated and warm even on windier days Room service was delicious and great portion sizes This was definitely a splurge for my family but such an awesome experience I would do it again in a heartbeat!

The location, the staff, the amenities, and the breakfast was all fantastic. Really lovely and beautiful hotel experience - I would definitely recommend and I’d come back here again for sure!

The water in the bathroom takes ages to heat up so if that could be looked at for next time I come back to stay that would be great. this is the only con I have for my stay at the Beverly Hills plaza hotel and spa. the water in the shower and the bathroom sink took a good 5+ minutes to heat up and when you’re in a rush to shower and get ready it’s not ideal.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL FOR A COUPLE….

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN…. AWKWARD ARRANGEMENT FOR WATCH TV

THE ROOM HAD NO MIRROR FOR MY WIFE OTHER THAN IN THE BATHROOM. THE BATHROOM HAD NO TOWEL RACKS OR HOOKS OR COSMETIC MIRROR……WHICH FOR THE PRICE OF THE ROOM WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

1- upper level Jacuzzi was dirty and jet did not work. 2- Room’s heating system did not work. 3- we checkout at 11:00 am and asked front desk to hold on our carryon until 3:00 pm, but lady who worked in the front told us they cannot keep our carryons and she said they will keep it this time because our room’s heating system had problem she will do the exception. all hotels that I been until now, they keep customer’s luggages for few hours.

Nice first time stay at this famous hotel.

beautiful with lots of nice details, and great location

clean but there was an obvious candy wrapper when I opened the closet. Wish the sofa was larger to actually lay on while watching TV.

Location is good for Beverly Hills and area is quite safe. Staff were pleasant and room was as per pictures

Walls are very thin. Could hear every word the occupants next door were saying. There was also a water pump or something similar above the room and it went off every time there was a need for water somewhere on the property. Parking is either valet or self parking but the price is the same. Wifi wasn't strong enough for a basic WiFi call over Teams even with no video - had to switch to mobile data
