Comfortable beds
The breakfast consists of pancakes and toast. The elevator is very small and was out of commission a few times during our stay.

The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable.
The staff didnt inform about where to get the pool towels or breakfast hours.
The pool was so cold my daughters has blue lips. The facility overall looked and smelled old.
Breakfast was disappointing. No hot options.
There was food left in our fridge (not our food) … make me question if the room was even cleaned…
300$ for 1 night was not worth it

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Booked on two separate occasions, for two nights back to back. The staff made sure we did not have to change rooms, even though we had booked a suite one night and a dbl room the next!

Clean room and nice bed as expected
The breakfast is a nightmare, basically just pancake and bread. No fruit, no egg, no sausages.

Very noisy A/c

The hotel is located in a great area, close to shopping and restaurants. The lobby is welcoming. Breakfast was good, with a variety of food choices, and my kids loved the pancake machine . The room was clean, and it's great that you are using the regular size shampoo and conditioner.
Unfortunately, staff wasn't welcoming or even simply smiling , pool is a disaster, extremely cold and dark, wet floors with hair all around, a big no for us. There is no place to hang a wet towel in the room or swimming suits, and when asked to change towels every day, I was getting super unfriendly looks from staff.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, I mean the ones that are couches.

Location
My room is disgusting dirty. Won’t walk with out shoes on. The mattress frame digs into you legs. No garbage can in bathroom for women needs and front desk won’t help us out.

Room was clean. Bed slept well. Staff was friendly.
Skimpy breakfast.

Very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Plus the location was great
Continental breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotels we’ve stayed at

The breakfast had a clever device that cooked pancak S at the push of a button
There was one employee at the desk who was very helpful and provided directions to an attraction for me children
Most employees did not know the city. They couldn’t help us find a place we needed. But the biggest problem was that I had a medical appointment at 1:30 and check in time was 3:00. I had requested earlier check in but did not receive a reply until too late to change. So my husband and children had to sit in a very small lobby until they were able to get in to the room

The facility was filthy. The rugs throughout were disgusting. This facility is an embarrassment to the Wyndham brand

Staff was helpful and location was good. The hotel has good bones, but is in need of an update.
Carpet in room was stained and damp (probably from cleaning); hottub closed (it's fine but would have liked to know in advance before paying $200+ a night). Breakfast selection was very poor - no protein, limited selection. Overall it wasn't terrible just not worth the price we paid.

Beakfast was nice. Pool was clean
Rooms were not maintained well. We had stuck drainage in the bath tub in the first room we got. Then we got a leaking pot in the bathroom and sink outside the bathroom -type of room for the change.
We also had to go down to the reception to change our keys, instead of having a staff come up, acknowledge the issue and help us with the change of keys.

I left when you were in a transition of accounting/billing of some sort. I'm still awaiting my final bill. You weren't able to issue it at time of departure. I can see the amounts that went through on my Visa card but they don't exactly match up with what I was expecting when I checked out. It may have been because I extended my stay till about 3:30 p.m. (flight was delayed). I accepted that I would be charged an extra night for those hours of extension on May 4. Kaitlon assisted me and Elissa. Two amounts were mentioned that I should expect to see charged: $285.04 and $468.90. Michael Hetherington.

For the price you pay, I think the breakfast should have more than what it has. I would've like to see more hot meals. My friend was not a fan of the cold eggs. Location of the kitchen was fine.
Maybe the cold eggs at the continental breakfast, would've like to see more fruit.

Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was comfortable
Our check in started at 3:00pm but we didn't get checked in till around 700pm. For some time we didn't know if we would even have a room for night. It wasn't a good experience. We mentioned we could maybe get a discount. Not to be.

I like the proximity to the airport
dirty carpet in the elevator. So many crumbs and food. The breakfast place had dirty tables, overflowing garbage cans. Oh, hockey teams, and I appreciate that kids can’t always keep everything clean, but they were constantly running up and down the hallways and wrestling in the common space outside the elevator. They trashed the breakfast selection.
