Long queue at check-in. Minimal food served at breakfast, they even did not have orange juice in the morning.

Good location. Seemed safe and reasonably clean.
There was no hot water. No desk chair, no shampoo in my room. Place was also seriously understaffed. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Pretty dingy overall.

The staff was great and helpful
House keeping never came and cleaned our room after we requested it at the front desk. The AC did not work put a request in at front desk. The room was 82 degrees with all the windows open finally after 8 hours room temp got to 78. AC was not fixed room not clean so they moved us 4 times to finally got a room that was clean and no one else in it. The poor girl at the desk was amazing even though her computer was saying these rooms were clean and empty they were not. We could tell she was frustrated but she still held her composure and finally got us a good room for the night. Still no AC but it was our last night so it is what it is.

the front desk staff were very friendly and nice.
there were a lot of holes in the elevator walls. it needed work.
went up to breakfast one morning, there wasnt any coffee left, hardly any food.
the woman was by herself and bitching and moaning the whole time about being the only one
person and can't even leave to go to the bathroom
this was our 2nd time staying there but i don't think we will stay there anymore.
no trashcan in the bathroom, we moved the only one from the room area into the bathroom and no
toilet paper holder.

The staff were excellent and deserve a raise, the facilities did not in fact meet good standards.
I bought this at the last minute, because my other booking was cancelled at the last minute, and they were still in the process of renovating. The sheets were very dirty and stained.

The breakfast was what was expected For Continental breakfast, no more; the attendant was very polite and helpful.
Check In: Upon checking in, as I approached the front desk, the female desk receptionist never looked up from her cell phone, I had to capture her attention; Once I did there was no greeting, she basically waited for me to state what I was standing there for; No friendly smile, nothing. I truly felt like an unwelcome guess in this place I and my husband would call home for the next two days.
The first night of our stay i unrobed to get in the shower only to discover, NO HOT, NOT EVEN WARM, water! I immediately reported this to the front desk;
The gentleman at the desk assured me that he would check into it and get with me shortly; about 30 minutes later we were moved into a suite, very nice suite. There was hot water however the next night I experienced the same, I didn’t even report it this time; after about 2 hours the hot water was back.
Breakfast: The last day, the hotel ran out of plates and we had to eat our waffle on a bowl, they also ran out of folks, we had to eat with a spoon; they also ran out of milk; my coffee had granules at the bottom, I spit out a mouth full!
Upon check out we reported All of our disappointments to the desk receptionist who seemed to have been recording everything in her notes. We will never visit this establishment again.

Location was the only good thing.
The TV’s in the room didn’t work one didn’t even have a remote. We finally got one to work but couldn’t watch properly because there was no remote. The mattress on the foldout bed was stained. We had to ask for linen for foldout and the sheets didn’t fit, we were told there were no extra pillows. Then the electricity went out about 6:15 am and we were told it was a blackout in the area. They were the only hotel that had no power. The parking garage next door was still working and the restaurant we went to down the street had power and cooked our breakfast. Which of course the hotel did not serve because they had no power. I had to contact them twice and they refuse to provide a refund. I will never stay there again. The hotel has been poorly maintained and was not clean.

We lost power at 5am. There was no backup generator. No elevators. There was NO emergency lighting in the halls or stairwells. No lit EXIT signs to the stairs. No info from the staff. They did nothing to help the guests. We had to walk down 10 flights of stairs using the flashlight on our phones. These are all code violations.
Everything. Black mold was all over the bathroom tile in the tub - disgusting!!!

Just location!
The room was dirty, hair in the bathroom in multiple areas, in my 5 days there, room service did not pass even once to change the towels, and curtains were dirty, one of the pillows looked like someone stepped over it, etc etc. The check-in was a mess, the person responsible was mad because did not know how to get the deposit and it took one mo the to receive the refund.

the desk helped me great with some of the issues
was relocated to a new room when 1st room was bad
security guard walks into my room at 11:45 pm saying he is doing random vacant room checks.
not sure why he has access to rooms especially at that time.\
initially the room i had booked was trashed, bed was a mess, urine in and on the toilet as well as some stuff im not sure of in the tub.

I cant point out 1 thing I liked over there. For eg I had to go down from 9th floor to the front desk for toilet paper, or for a fact. any service needed. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone. never answered.
