I had to change rooms twice for the 2 days I was there due to either insect infestation or climate control issues; I had to troubleshoot electronic malfunctions; the other occupants doors close very loudly. The 1st room I was in had a sour odor to the comforter. There were no utensils readily available at night for guests.

-Fridge in room
-Good air conditioner
-Friendly housekeeping made special trip to get me some needed room supplies.
-Friendly, well-written texts during stay offering help.
-Big TV
-Lemon water, cookies, coffee offered in lobby
-Lots of comfortable couches, chairs in lobby
-Friendly manager at front desk seemed genuinely open to feedback
-Housekeeping knocked despite ‘Do not Disturb’ sign
-Housekeeping did not clean my room despite me asking them to.
-No ‘please clean room’ sign provided
-Freezer in room fridge not cleared. Soda bottle was left inside.
-No shampoo in shower-installed bottle
-Bathroom floors aging, yellow and kind of gross.
-Shower and bathroom sink handles don’t function well. Made controlling water temperature difficult.
-Cheap desk chair wouldn’t lock and wife nearly fell backward multiple times.
-Room door shuts so loudly
-Standup light not plugged in for some reason
-Some power/USB outlets in room did not work
-Drawers at foot level. Who can bend this low?!
-Art on wall sad, ugly, super cheap-looking.
-Halls look like prison hallways
-Trash constantly left on hallway floors, rarely cleared.
-Free lobby cookies… what should have been a nice touch turned into another missed detail as I only saw them in stock once in my 3-day stay.
-Surprisingly delicious complimentary lemon-infused water in lobby… but the drip tray always crashed to the floor whenever used. Again, annoying details like this matter and are avoidable with just a little bit of care and attention.
-Complimentary coffee in lobby is cold outside of breakfast hours.
-More to mention but I think I’ve made my point

The walk in shower was nice. Arrived late, a light was on in the room like anticipating my arrival.
Large approx 1” gap under room door. Was a non smoking room but it smelled like it had been a smoking room or had been smoked in. Small, limited parking lot.

Window AC and it was loud. Small shower heads

The staff was wonderful and so polite. The breakfast area and main lobby was well taken care of and welcoming. We had a decent breakfast but it would be a good idea to add some gluten free options to the menu.
I stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was old and dated. The mattress was old to sloping to one side. I felt like the room needed a modernization done to it.The back entrance door was not working electronically so it was propped open. It did not make me fee secure at all. Anyone could have gotten in and caused damage or worse. In my mind, it should have been locked with front door access only.

the breakfast is hot and decent .
there’s a gross guy that seems to live here, he smells bad , smokes cigarettes in his room as to it is lingering in the hallways, and the parking lot had a car get broken into and the camera line was clipped which was definitely fowl play…

location and price
it was fine except for noise from other patrons at 1am. loud talking, doors slamming, running etc. management should oversee this better also very loud heat and fan. not on very good thermostat but it did help drown out noise on our floor from neighbors

there is nothing to like. horrible room service, rude front desk and manager
the door keys never worked. i had to come down twice everyday in my 11 days stay just to get the keys fixed. the manager was very rude and did not help at all. the entire staff did not care about the continuous problem and showed no support to fix. also, the room service was only done once in 11 days. i also extended my stay with the night front desk person but she did not document it in the system, so the morning person knocked at the door at 11 with very rude attitude. after that, i went to talk to her about extending our stay, she said they are booked out even though i could see rooms
online.

I'm sorry to say there really wasn't anything that I enjoyed
When we arrived in our room there was no hot water I called down to the front desk I was told to let the water run and it would get hotter it never did. We found other people's dirty clothing still in the room tucked in a chair. My daughter checked into another room and when they arrived their room had been clean from the previous guest and they were made to move to another room even though they had 3 children with them it wasn't easy. Breakfast was just not good. Whole hotel smelled like weed.
