Exceptional

It is a very nice and cozy place for your stay. It is very clean and has everything you need to feel almost at home. There is a shared kitchen equipped very well. You can store your food in the fridge and cook meals - I used it a lot.

Setting in for the stay is very easy since you deal directly with the owner.

The inn is situated halfway between Cowsanville and Sutton in a very scenic setting. I travelled in mid September with rolling fog across the hills and fields. A photographer's dream opportunity. Rooms are fairly large with comfortable beds. I especially liked the fully equiped kitchen where you can cook your own breakfast at a very modest cost with items purchased at a local grocery store.

The room was nice, clean good for a single person and it was close to where i wanted to be.

The only problem with this hotel is its in the middle of nowhere, no resturants near by I drove to knowlton but the restaurant there was closed so I went to cowansville

we would not recommend this place in the summer because of no AC and the need to open the window

owner was friendly and gave us helpful information about the area.

our room was in the front. the noise was terrible from the traffic. the oscillating fan made noise when turning

Great host, excellent space, great value for money

Excellent space and a super great host. Quiet despite the proximity to the road. Nathalie, the host, was very kind to upgrade us to a larger suite at no additional cost to fulfil our request for a quiet room.

Beds were very comfortable, super clean room! Hospitality was exceptional, Nathalie was wonderful!

This little inn exceeded our expectations by a mile!

This inn was a real gem with exceptional value. The host was friendly and accommodating, the location was quiet, and the beds were super comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended.

Definitely want to return someday soon!

Owner is very friendly and helpful! Having the kitchen available to make our own meals was a joy, because we didn't have to go out and find restaurants.

Stairs to the 2nd floor were slippery because of the fresh snow, so we navigated carefully. Awkward carrying heavy bags.
