Overall, helpful staff, clean, comfortable. Good location to UPenn campus. Checkout at 12 pm. instead of 11. Able to leave car in garage until 6 pm.
Extra charges, like parking and breakfast, when cost was already high.

You have the best staff! They are the heart of your business and are great ambassadors for your company. I am from CT and was staying at your property because my husband was having a procedure at Hospital of University of Pennsylvania (HUV). Everyone was so kind to me but there were some who really went the extra for me. You have a gem in Wanda Andaluz from Housekeeping. We got to chatting about my stay and I told her about an encounter I had with a beggar. It definitely made me very anxious about the area I was in. She offered to walk me over to Wawa so I could get some food. She showed me how to cross the streets (who knew you should follow the lights) and made me feel less anxious. With that kindness, she made me feel less afraid and less alone. I will always be grateful for her 💜. Your staff in the Club Lounge, Jackie, Teresa, Margaret and Kyle were very warm and attentive. They inquired about my husband whenever they saw me. They wrapped things for me to take to my room. I am sure they see a ton of people each and every week but they always called me by name which made me feel like they cared. If I ever have to go back to Philadelphia, I would stay at your property because of these people. 💜💜💜
Parking was scary.

It was a very clean room with a comfortable bed and the location was within walking distance of many restaurants.
Our room was next to the elevators so there was some noise from the elevators but not too bad.
