The building was beautiful, modern, and clean. They had good snacks and drink options for sale in the lobby. The parking lot was secured and reasonably priced. The room was super cute and had all of the essentials.
Not much to say that I didn't like. Only thing possibly would be the TV was a little tricky. This was very possibly user error but I didn't spend too much time trying to find the channels.

A little confused at first when we got on site and more so when we got into our room, but soon realized the story and history behind the hotel and all the work the local artisans put into the hotel and was very impressed. One of the best hotel stays ever. The hotel is loaded with local items and pictures from artists all over Detroit. The bed was awesome with just the right amount of firm and soft. It was so close to everything that all the Uber rides were cheap and quick. We will be back.
No coffee pot in the room so had to go to the lobby coffee shop. The coffee they served was weak and very average.

Close to many things we wanted to do. Clean, comfortable rooms. The local art work throughout the hotel was very cool and gave the hotel a nice laid back vibe. Loved the little store open 24 hours and the cafe to grab coffee or a bite to eat.

Unique and iconic accommodation; convenient location, comfortable place, amazing decor and true homage to the fascinating history and revitalization of Detroit. Loved the interactive welcome poem by local poet David Blair in the hotel foyer !
on site staff: Manager Eddie and his team, Brett, Rachel, Michael and Britney were super helpful and friendly and made a first time visit to Detroit a truly memorable experience! thank you!
suggest the Shower to have support rail for safety for guests with mobility difficulties.

the outside was cool. I liked the gated parking.
the room was trash. it looked like a cheap dorm room with a whirlpool tub from the 1950’s stuck in the middle. all of the furniture was very cheap. the shower doesn’t even close all the way bc it’s only got half a door. they said we had a “patio” room which would have been nice except it was all open on 2 ends that everyone could see in and the curtain covering the door didn’t shut either. which was awful when the sun came up in the morning. all in all it’s cheap, sketchy, and there was a gigantic roach crawling across the floor on the second day. do not recommend.

It was close to the venue. Gated parking lot. Friendly staff.
No carpet, bare concrete floors with no rugs, sticky areas on floor, had to put towels down to walk on. Bare white washed walls, no place for a large suitcase so I had to open it on the floor. Dirt under bed. Looked nothing like the photos. Way overpriced for the level of hotel this is.

The room was clean
The rooms were tiny and decorated in dorm-room decor. They charged for absolutely everything, even a toothbrush. They charge for parking, but our keys refused to work the gate to the parking lot. The "locked" exit gate remained open during half of our visit. There was only 1 working door to the entire hotel. We couldn't enter next to our room.

The location was good & clean,
But very basic for such a high price. If there was a shuttle, it would have meet the value.

Smaller building with secure parking
A little too industrial, underdone. Cement floors and loose rugs that were tripping hazards. I get the industrial vibe but definitely need some more upgrades . Loud . you can hear everyone above you below you and next to you. need some more sound proofing

Clean hotel with good reception. Good rooms with no carpets. Great free wi-fi. Close to the Detroit downtown.
No kitchen during my stay.

the location was great, we were able to walk to a local brewery/restaurant as well as the tigers game at Comerica Park. The staff members were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean
In photos and online it was advertised that there was a restaurant on site and a fire pit relaxing area, I booked this location specifically because of the beer garden and brunch reviews but we were there in a Saturday night and the restaurant was closed and there was no way to make a fire. in the morning, for brunch, the internet had red Dunn listed as open and when we got downstairs, it was definitely closed, that was the most disappointing part of our stay

Friendly staff, nice modern feeling and decoration, everything working well and very clean, comfortable. Location was very convenient in a neighborhood with new businesses.
Easy to hear your neighbors (and ours were very noise) but that's not the hotel's fault.

Relatively large rooms with interesting décor. The corridors were kept very cold but the room was warm enough. The receptionist poured some beers for me from the (closed) bar. There was ample parking and it was a quick drive to downtown.
I thought the property was quite expensive. It was a snowy night, and I'd booked it in part because there is a good restaurant on site. The restaurant was closed. No breakfast was included with the package, which I thought was an oversight given the price.

Very unique hotel. Needs a little fixing up, but had a nice artsy feel to it. Right across the street from an amazing little brewery, which made our stay most memorable!
5.0
Location.
The restaurant is now closed for business. No coffee making facilities in the room, basic for any accommodation. Rooms are very basic, and nowhere near the images displayed on the booking site.
4.0
The large parking area looked protected. The area around the hotel and the building was well maintained and clean. The place for breakfast or the Bar has all the necessary equipment. The hotel is reasonably close to the downtown.
The conditions of the Hotel's stay indicated that we had to get bathrobes, they were not in our rooms and there was no rug in one of the rooms. And my personal opinion is that the price for pets is high.
