The definition of ‘it has location, location and location”.

This is location, location , location. What a view! The room was spacious with a large bathroom and a small area with microwave and utensils. OK to warm something up, but not for preparing a meal. There is access to a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The owners are nice and eager to help. We did not take the breakfast (at extra cost).

Nothing really. Just for planning purposes, you do need a car or take a taxi to get to the property. It is a significant climb from the nearest bus stop to the house.

Breathtaking view, lovely clean and comfortable apartment, friendly host. Highly recommend.

The apartment is accessed via the lovely new balcony that runs the length of the building. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There are a couple of chairs and a table on the balcony so you can enjoy the view. There were a couple of deer in the garden when we arrived which was lovely. The sunrise was definitely worth getting up for, as advised by the very friendly host. Everything we needed was provided and the apartment was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we did not hear any noise at all from the other apartment next door or from the host who lives upstairs. We had our own allocated parking space and we used the car to drive 10 mins to a restaurant in the evening. I would definitely want to stay here again if I was in this area, I highly recommend this property.

Charles the host was very good. The view and the balcony from our room was spectacular. Property was very clean and comfortable.

Property isn’t walking distance to the town centre a vehicle is needed.

I will never go back and won't recommend it to anyone.

The view was lovely and the room seemed fine at first.

The room is in someone's messy house. Their child was sick with a terrible cough, which I now have. The person who opened the door did not speak a word of English, and I had to wait for another member of the family. The door had a lock code, but no way for me to lock from inside; in other words, anyone with the code could come in. My bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. There were two dirty coffee makers, neither of which I could use. The towels were stained, and the part of the deck with the gorgeous view, which I had been told was for my use while I was staying there was covered with towels they were drying in the morning, way before my checkout time. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

A very enjoyable stay. We wish we’d booked to stay for longer.

We loved this great apartment & guest bedrooms in a private home in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed the most stunning panoramic views of the ocean, islands & mountains from the large balcony. A very warm welcome from our host Charles and his family.

Its all about the view

View makes the property its totally stunning and you can sit there for hours watching it, the sunset was amazing the night we stay there.

Reason why i did not score higher is there pretty much know were near buy to get food either a restaurant or takeaway could do with an information pack stating the nearest places because we struggled to find anywhere we did a 25 night trip in Canada and this only time this happened.

Great view and value. Must be comfortable with accessing room through family living area.

Proximity to Departure Bay ferry terminal and THE VIEW!! Friendly and welcoming. Price very reasonable but breakfast extra.

No private entrance. Had access code to front door and locked private room and bath. However, had to access through the family’s living and dining room where kids were doing homework or watching TV. Felt a little awkward.

The suite was spacious and really clean. The view was spectacular. It was also very quiet. We were happy with everything.

This isn’t a big deal, but it would have been nice to have a few pastries or bagels as it was a B&B.

Stunning views but didn't feel private.

It would be hard to find a place with a better view. Incredible Vista from the unit and the balcony.

The walls are very thin and I found the noise from above to be uncomfortable. There was a door marked storage room. One day I heard the door opening and a cleaning lady entered the unit. When she saw me she was startled. I felt uncomfortable that someone would walk into the unit without prior permission. Made me feel awkward. Overall it did not feel private.

Tv and sitting area are not ideal but deck on a warm day would be amazing views and quite comfortable
