Great value for money really and in a convenient location in DC

Its location was real close to my planned visits in the city. Also it’s real spacious and comfy

Maybe the fact they were no microwaves in the rooms or the fact there’s no easy access to water and the water was just slightly pricey for me. Issue with my toilet on my 3rd day but glad they could switch my room seamlessly!

Okay for a short trip if you dont plan to spend much time in your room

Location to National Zoo--only 20-30 drive to almost anywhere in DC. Hotel elevator only works w/ room key card adding an additional layer of safety which is important in the area.

Parking garage was sketchy. Impossible to find parking and to get in and out of. Beds were super uncomfortable. None of the ice makers work.

This is a good place to stay. Great location, great staff comfortable beds.

It was close to many things there were lots of really good restaurants around the hotel and of course Ubers are easy. It was a great location.

There was nothing really bad about it in Washington DC for the price of this room. It was an excellent value. I’ll stay there again.

De hotel deuren vielen met een klap dicht, dit is heel eenvoudig op te lossen door een stukje vilt op het deur kozijn te plakken. Verder hoor je de buren gebruikmaken van het toilet en de douche.

Good base for exploring the museums and history of the city. Access to the Red line metro.

Hotel was 5 minutes from a metro station in a quiet part of the city. No problems walking around at night. Water was hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee on tap in lobby. Places to eat nearby including a bakery for breakfast.

No fridge. Cleaning was done every three days.

Dingy and dirty hotel

Upon arrival, the facility was dirty. The carpet was filthy and gritty. The elevators and ice machine did work.

My stay was very pleasant and I enjoyed the whole experience.

The location was amazing and the room was cozy and nice , the staff were so friendly and welcoming and they helped me out with information and getting caps.

The price was a bit expensive, and they asked for deposit 50$ and they didn’t agree to receive it cash for the deposit while I paid cash for the room 202$.

They are rennovating the hotel which is a good thing.

The staff was attentive to our needs. They answered all of our questions .

The television in the room we originally were given did not work at all. The receptionist gave us a new room close by.

Locatie was perfect: heel dicht bij metro, lekkere restaurants dichtbij, supermarkt dichtbij. 2 grote comfortabele bedden, parkeren mogelijk. Aardige receptie medewerkster. Ideaal als je voor een kort verblijf met de auto in Washington bent.

Geen koelkast op de kamer, verouderd, beetje smoezelige uitstraling.

Don't bother! Don't waste your money!!

the only good thing was it is located near train station.

Mattresses on metal wire frames, loud arguments and rampant smoking from people staying on same floor. Never slept. Complained but nothing actually done nor offered another room. Was given a nasty letter that I was going to be charged $250 for smoking!!! I have never smoked in MY LIFE!!!

I will not chose this location again. Everything seemed very old, bed on a metal platform

Location to American University, pillows were soft.

There was construction going on, a lot of banging. I could hear people in hallway and do wine singing in another room. There was hair in the tub. The curtains did t close all the way. While in my room, a maid walked in without knocking.

Excelente ubicación, buena relación precio- calidad.

No hubo desayuno pero si había café de cortesía en la habitación, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable.wifi, calefacción, productos de higiene y un baño aceptable.

La tabla de planchar estaba rota, no podía usarse y en el aviso decía que el parking era sin cargo y me cobraron 25 dólares la noche. El resto muy bien.

The staff were not friendly,had a hard time finding a luggage cart, and the room was dusty,I don't know if the people outside were guests, but we constantly had to walk through Marijuana smoke. It was a bad stay.

Good deal for at least affordable price

Good location, near the metro and a bakery. Rooms were quite big with two beds and not as bad as expected, but furniture and bathroom outdated.

The women at the reception was the most unfriendliest person I met in the United States and didn’t help at all, especially in regards to parking outside she just gave us wrong information, we guess she wanted to sell us a parking lot for 25$/night and was super rude. Bathtub is already yellow and there was still hair from someone else in it. Furniture and AC outdated, we didn’t even turn on the AC because it looked disgusting.

the most upset over someone coming in my room and stealing my belongings… absolutely ridiculous.. especially when i feel

Disappointed not met with our expectations

It will do the job if you intend on being a tourist of the city.

The hotel was well located, only a 5 minute walk from a metro station and Starbucks. The check-in process was easy and there was plenty of parking available at a reasonable price ($25 per night) for Washington. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a good range of channels. The elevator to the room was extremely efficient. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet enough.

The hotel is dated. The carpet needs replacing and the bath tub is old. The room smelt a little damp but with the windows open, this quickly subsided. WiFi was spotty during our stay.

About as expected - meh.

Ice machine worked. Near the zoo and metro if desired. Decent bakery nearby with some other food options along street.

Beds were small and very uncomfortable, overpriced $25 parking - overall it was clean to the level expected. POOR amenities - like minimum - hair dryer, ice machine, iron in room. coffee maker and tv. That was about it. No business center, beat up desk chair. Never bothered to try the wifi. Asked for quiet room. Placed us in room by back but woken by trash truck in morning. DC on a budget.
