Make sure you use ACTUAL BANK OR CREDIT CARD NOT CASHH APP OR CHIME!!! Be safe out there y’all!

It was nice and in a good location for the things we wanted to do.

I used my cash app to book the room 3 days prior to our stay. I received emails of our check and attractions and food we were going to be around. I even called to make sure we were good to go. They took the money off my card but when I get there they say they need to hold 50 bucks off another card for incidentals and parking. They don’t take chime or cash app cards at the hotel so luckily we had another card to use. Had we not had another card (since it was not stated) we would have been hours away from home with no room and they wouldn’t have refunded the money they took off my cash app card for the room. Very poor communication to be a Marriott affiliate.

good location for downtown

parking facility, location in downtown and comfort/privacy of rooms

we were looking forward to the indoor pool. however the water was icecold. Not a heated pool. very dissapointed. hotel looks good, but some details indicate that the rooms and facilities need a renovation.

Would not choose this again.

Checking in was prompt. Parking was plentiful.

Lighting in the room was terrible. Bathroom was quite small. Fitness facilities nice.

Small rooms. VERY limited channel choices on TV No free coffee Over priced for rooms, parking and pets (even new york area hotels charge less) Dirty common areas Just an over all sense from staff that they didn't care

Beautiful hotel, great customer service, and things to do without leaving the grounds!

We enjoyed outdoor swimming the inside pool has an aluminum floor and it was super cold , we enjoyed the food at “Socials” and all staff were super nice and friendly!

This was not the hotel’s fault but late at night we heard roaring motors like racing and a girl screaming then ambulances or police sirens a few times. I saw on the news later that it was some young people a few streets over playing “take over” which is racing when and where you’re not supposed to, to show off

For the price, location is great. For the price, up Grand find a better property.

I think when using 3rd party, they give you the older or worse rooms on the property.

Pool area was a little run down. The hallway smelled like marijuana.

Comfy, amazing, fun party scene, walking distance to everything!

It felt like I was out of town at a resort, the restaurant beside the bar gave me Venice beach or Italy vibes. Service was great!

The bathtubs should be updated but they work! It would be so pretty In addition to the mirrors and sink.

There are better hotels for the money.

Bed was nice and comfortable

Take that "2" swimming pools down, that pool hasn't been in use for years!!! The breakfast value is terrible. The staff is very impolite, but the lady working the bar was nice. I paid for valet for day one because parking was insane, however the gentleman took FOREVER to go and get my car and even pulled up with the incorrect vehicle. The English-speaking attendant was great, but the service overall was terrible. So, i just self-parked the remainder of my trip. Anytime i asked an employee anything they acted like I was a bother. After checkout, i receive additional charges on my card although I had incidentals on hold on my card so why not take it from that? Hotel rooms are nice, bathroom was nice but the amenities like the bar (understocked), breakfast (overpriced and minimal options for $19.95) and the parking is ridiculous and homeless people were constantly hanging in the parking lot making me nervous about safety and liability.

Un hotel que debe mejorar en varios aspectos....

Las personas del servicio fueron muy amables y nos ayudaron en todo. El restaurante y el bar muy buenos. La posicion del hotel tambien es muy buena y es una zona muy tranquila.

El hotel luce mal en su decoracion, luce viejo y descuidado. Cobrar el parqueo a los huespedes es una exageracion. Ademas, pagas una habitacion de las mas economicas y la vista es al techo de la cocina y con el ruido de los extractores molestando todo el tiempo.

Ruined my birthday weekend!

Paid $200 more for the same room my family had. Club level NOT WORTH IT! Bathroom was dirty. Toilet had pee in it upon arrival as well as pee and pubic hair around seat. Chair was old and torn up. Room was dark and not all lamps worked. And my heat didn’t work so the room temp wouldn’t get past 72 and it was cold.

Bryan at the lobby. Great sense of humor, met and exceeded my expectations. He made me feel welcome

I left my New Balance Hoodie in the room. Within an hour, I called the hotel. The hoodie could not be found. In my travel I had good experience with the housekeeping staff. I am utterly disappointed. She seemed nice but a criminal. I had requested for a King bed. But got 2 twin beds. However, Bryan came to the party
