Excelente Ubicación

La ubicación es excelente, tiene cerca varias estaciones de metro, incluso un paradero del turibus está cerca, está a una cuadra de la 5ta avenida y además tiene cerca varios restaurantes deliciosos!!!

Conveniently located to move around Manhattan and restful night sleep after a long day sighrseeing

Fantastic breakfast just needed more variety of fresco fruits

One elevator was not working and the other took like 10 minutos before it reschedule the Lobby

Great stay but repair that elevator

Friendly staff, breakfast included, clean room, and convenient location make it a nice stay.

Only one elevator was functioning which made leaving or arriving a huge inconvenience.

Hotel in una buona posizione, pulito e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, prenotando in anticipo.

Struttura in una buona posizione, vicino alla fermata della metro, pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e al secondo hanno cambiato tutti gli asciugamani. Letto comodo e ambiente silenzioso. Comodissime la lavatrice e asciugatrice anche se funzionano solo con le monete.

Colazione migliorabile soprattutto la qualità dei prodotti.

Très bien situé !

Très bien situé, propre, literie confortable, possibilité de laisser les bagages en gardiennage gratuitement le jour du départ

Petit déjeuner compris certes mais très peu approvisionné, dès qu'il y a du monde ça ne suit pas, tout est vide, machine à jus de fruit en panne 5 jours dur 7 pendant notre séjour... Seul le 1er jour c'était bien, pas trop de monde et bien fourni !

Posizione eccellente. Comoda anche la lavanderia al piano interrato

Anche nella stanza è specificato che la pulizia è giornaliera ma in effetti non è così. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere il secondo giorno di rifare i letti e pulire la stanza, dovrebbe essere il minimo per quello che si paga. Invito a non guardare dietro il mobile della TV…

A decent stay but better alternatives out there.

Be warned! When you book this hotel they will put a credit card authorisation for the full amount of your stay. Then when you check in they will take a further $100 deposit. Then when you check out they will charge you the full amount of your stay! I’ve never heard a hotel doing this. So now I have two full amounts on my credit card plus $100 deposit until the authorisation and deposit are released from my credit card! The hotel itself is pretty old and run down and the room while clean is also looking pretty shabby. Bed is very squeaky

Wouldn’t stay there again. Cost too much for quality of hotel.

The staff at front desk and the people cleaning rooms were all very polite and professional.

Had both elevators working. It was awful getting in and out of your room. I was there with a daughter that uses oxygen to breath so stairs weren’t an option and we waited so long for a free elevator. Once I did stairs by myself to and I have asthma so I had to stop several times but got there faster than waiting for elevator and then all the cleaning staff and their equipment had to go on the same elevator. Breakfast area was extremely dirty. No clean table no staff food on table, chairs floor. Wouldn’t eat there. If that is how clean the area you are supposed to eat in how clean is the area were food is being prepared???

Hotel idéalement situé avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé sur la 24ème rue avec plusieurs lignes de métro à portée qui amène à tous les points touristiques de NYC. Les lits étaient confortables, nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, les 2 grands lits de la chambre étaient suffisamment grands. La chambre est propre. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et est gratuit. Il y a un petit frigo et un coffre-fort fonctionnels. La salle de bain était propre. Le personnel est très disponible.

Le problème majeur de cet hôtel est le sous-dimensionnement du petit déjeuner inclus. L'espace est très petit et la quantité de nourriture n'est pas suffisante générant pas mal de frustrations et d'attente. Il est vrai que le manque de civisme des clients qui remplissent leurs sacs de nourritures au détriment des autres clients n'incite pas la structure à mettre à disposition tout d'un seul coup. Deuxième problème était un des deux ascenseurs en panne qui génère pas mal d'attente r aux heures de départ vers 8h30/9h30. Il était souvent plus rapide de descendre à pied.

Celkově spokojenost, dobrý poměr cena-výkon na danou lokalitu. Doporučujeme.

Výborná lokalita, wifi zdarma, příjemný personál, pohodlná postel.

Snídaně mohly být lepší, malý výběr, který se opakoval. Úklid nebyl stoprocentní.

Cubre lo necesario

Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, fácil de llegar en un par de líneas del metro y cerca también de tiendas para comprar algunos suministros.

El contenido del desayuno que ofrecen es muy pobre y un día que llegamos después de las 9 ya prácticamente todo había terminado. Además de que en la habitación ni agua de cortesía teníamos.

Better value for money elsewhere

The kitchen staff were helpful and the front desk clerk in the morning, she was very friendly.

I stayed one night. My toilet clogged, the wifi didn't work, there was a dead roach in my room, the iron was broken. They brought another one and that was dirty. I paid for a city view and I got a view of the buildings across the street. The check in staff seemed to be bothered with simple requests.

Would stay here again based in the cleanliness, location, and queen beds.

Good location, friendly staff. clean, and fairly quiet.

One elevator was broken for two nights, resulting in long waits. Breakfast area was crowded and was not kept stocked.

L'emplacement proche de tous les transports (métro, bus) La gentillesse du personnel de service et d'accueil...sauf à l'arrivée D'avoir un lave linge et sèche linge à disposition pour une somme modique (1,75 dollars chacun) Très bonne literie

Le petit déjeuner, au fil des jours de la semaine il y a de moins en moins de denrée Le samedi plus de beurre, de confiture, de fromage, de jus de fruits, de yaourt, de fruits frais... et le dimanche matin tout est réapprovisionné !!

A bad experience

The location is good.

There was an extremely strong smell of mold in the room. Undoubtedly a health risk during longer stays. Seems they had tried to cover up the smell with perfume in the AC, which only made it worse. The carpet was soaking wet. We asked to be moved to a different room. The second room also smelled moldy but slightly less so. No one ever apologized for placing us in a wet and moldy room. They didn’t seem to care at all. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

Very good although it was slear that both the city and the hotel still is fuffering from Covid.

I have been staying at tge Hampton Inn Chelsea 3 - 4 times a year for the past 20 years and this year it was clear that Jessica Matthews no longer is the manager. She will be sorely missed and she absolutely deserved her promotion. However, the new manager I am ssure, will soon take control. The people at the reception need a lot more training in customer service except for Sharon, who always is super professional. The location is perfect with easy access to subway and shopping on 6th ave, although it was easy to see that New York is still suffering from Covid, it was outright sad to see how many shops closed. I certainly hope it will be bettter when I come back in September or October. The cleaning staff was just fine, they came every day asking if I needed clean towels etc. very good.

As I mention above, the new staff at the reseption definetely need a lot more training in customer service both face to face with a hotel guest and on the telephone with coming guests and with people who are calling for a hotel guest. The staff must bear in mind that they represent the Hilton and the Hampton Inn Chelsea. That Ms Sharon understand.
