The best

I liked how everyone was super nice I did have to check in to the other hotel where the guy was nice and told us about the metro and giving us information so the trip will be a blast. He was super funny and nice. The lady at the other hotel as well she was very nice the rooms where clean and beautiful. I would most recommend this hotel to stay at.

Just the dip in the entrance. It's very low so becaful an scraping the bottom of the car

convenient and affordable for sleeping

I like the convenience to Universal Studios. The room had big enough beds to fit our family and came with a small futon couch. the bathroom was okay, came with shower and sink and toilet. I liked that there were hangers and towels in the room as well as an extra set of sheets, pillow and throw blanket.

the parking is a bit snug thankfully there were not many cars parked. I also Gad to get the room key from another hotel.

we were grateful to stay so close to the park but the hotel was too expensive and the wifi did not work at all.

we liked that the rooms were very well kept and the location was close to universal studios.

we didn’t like not having a staff member on property. we had to check in at a different hotel and it was a little worrisome if a problem was to arise and there were no staff members on site. also, the internet did not work the entire time we were there and I feel that would be an easy fix for the hotel to ensure their guests are connected in this day and age.

It was close to Universal studios, that’s where we spent 2 days of the 4 that we stayed. Beds were made and cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday.

Bathroom had black mold, blinds were dusty, we were going to open the window and we decided not to even attempt so that all that dust didn’t fall on our bed and pillows. Vegetation is over grown.

sketchy establishments nearby, rooms were very small, no reception desk on site, no coffee maker, no amenities of any kind. paid parking.

No staff and lots of mildew.

I did like that the room has a fridge and microwave.

I had to check in somewhere else and then it appeared no staff ever worked in the office at my motel. The office was never open and I called for an extra towel and was told the maid would leave it but they did not then the office was never open so I couldn’t ask for one. Also the shower was disgusting and had mildew all over it. Parking was also a nightmare.
