Worst hotel ever

This hotel charged us twice and are refusing to give us a refund. I will never use them again and would not recommend staying there.

这个酒店在登机口里面的，没有值机没有机票工作人员是不给进入的，我是在机场外面预定的，我的航班是早上，想着晚上入住第二天早上方便坐飞机，被工作人员告知不能进入，导致我无法入住，联系酒店方退订，根本不理人，不可抗拒无法入住的情况下钱照样收取，毫无人性

Great value for money and convenient.

Convenient for a 6 hour layover. Clean and they gave us the bed configuration we needed. Twin beds. It was comfortable.

Too short!

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was great. We just didn't realise it was located in the airport after going through security and checking in our bag :(

We did not realise that we could not get into the hotel until after we had checked in our luggage. We had to wait 3 hours in the airport to check in our bag before getting to the hotel and only getting 2 hours rest. two hours is better than nothing but we were very frustrated with the situation.

Clean quiet room with good facilities. We used the room for six hours between flights for rest and refreshment, airside within KLIA2 airport and it suited our purpose very well

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay with a long delay.

Spacious room with basic amenities.

Could hear some outside noise from our room.

Convenient for a layover

Comfortable bed and a nice place to rest. Clean bathroom, and even included toothbrush and paste! Easy to check in.

The only thing we could fault is that the instant coffee and creamer were a little sub par - even some long life milk would have been nicer.

I’m realu grateful to the staff! I booked the wrong terminal hotel, I was supposed to stay at Sama Sama Express KLIA. The staff really did their best in finding me a room, as it was full at that day. Super grateful!

Excellent place! Just make sure your flight departs from the same Airport (klia2)!

I booked room to Sama Sama Express klia 2 but my international flight departed from klia 1. They swapped my room from klia2 (airport 2) to klia1 (airport 1) since my flight departed from there. Staff was helpful and friendly!

Great location within the terminal

Location, but was tricky to find. It's up an escalator, then you have to walk around to the other side of the escalator for the entrance. Ask someone..

Staff was not very friendly but it's okay, it was late at night. Walls a little thin and i could hear people outside in the corridors.

I couldn’t enjoy the hotel because of Phaw communications in the booking process which did not identify I was booking th

borderline false advertising when this site didn’t clearly say the difference between the two in-terminal hotels. I slept on the floor for eight hours because of this lack of professional communications
