Breakfast was good. As expected for a hotel buffet breakfast.
Shuttles could have been a bit more frequent. Also we had no idea that we should call for a pick upon arrival at the airport. We waited close to 2 hours at the airport thinking that the shuttle van was on a continuous loop. Even after calling and being told it would be 20-25 min it was closed to 45 before it showed up.

Some ceiling water damage on the top floor (6th floor).

I didn’t like that we stayed in the line for 45 min for breakfast and there was no food at from 8:30 until 9:15 that we diced to leave waiting for them to bring food out

Room : the room service didn’t came to clean the room or give us towels or toilet papers.. Nothing, when i speak at receptionist about that she said you didn’t request for room service, i was surprised it was new for me , ok i understand if its works like that with them than where did you mention ?? not even when we checked in no body told us so..
breakfast they said included but didn’t tell time when we checked in they mentioned 6:30 to 9:30 which is too early for me . i have experience of 3-4 hotels before they do room service and breakfast time till 11am.

I liked the breakfast
We didn’t have enough towels , we booked weeks in advance for three people , we had two towels and no facecloths in our room . My two daughters showered before me and when I finished showering I reached for a towel and no towel , my daughter called the front desk and asked for a towel and they said it would be a half hour , my daughter explained the situation and they told her to go down and get a towel at front desk , this is not a way to run a business nor treat your customers who help keep your business going. Not a happy customer and will not be returning. But that’s off to the hotel cook for a great breakfast !!

room seemed fine from the look of it, did not dig deep to see what was hidden undress comforter and sheets
surprise bill the hotel put on my credit in the amount of $300+ for damages that was NOT caused by us. They sent pictures of the stain in the mattress after I inquired about the additional charge. There was no way that any stain could have gotten through all the bedding and sheets on the top of the bed into the actual mattress. Either the stain must have been there before we checked in and/or the housekeeper did not notice or report this problem to the officials before hand. A warning to all those who read this, make sure you thoroughly check your bed lifting up comforter and sheets, because chances are this hotel is running a scam, especially to foreigners. An investigation is needed on how many guests are being inappropriately charged for this type of extra expense. Dispute a claim with your credit card company and leave reviews of your experience. You cannot let go of the management of this famous hotel chain. I would have never expected this from a major hotel chain. Deeply disappointed.

Location, it is very near to airport.
Room size is very small, cleanliness is not satisfactory and room service also not satisfactory.
Also breakfast was boring means no variation. We have stayed four night and saw breakfast item are same everyday.
So, I think you have to improve above mentioned category.

For the breakfast, the kitchen did not have a microwave oven to warm the milk. I found it strange that there is no oven in the kitchen.

The reception staff was very personable. It was a smooth check inn and check out. The breakfast too was great considering there was a lot of guest. The pool though was closed and looks like is under maintenance, but its ok.

Ok the room was clean but the smell in the room I did not like. I think it was the mat in the room or something, but it did not smell so good. I left the room just the same way it was presented to me. I spread the bed and I ensure no garbage was scattered but I was not so please with the room itself. The blinds were not able to be pulled even if you wanted some privacy and not seeing the cars passing by. I took picture of the room before I even started to get comfy because there were some scrapes on the head of the bed and I didn’t want to be the one to be blamed. The staff was pretty friendly so I’d rate them a 8/10 and for the appearance of the room I’d rate it 6/10. I could hear the other persons speaking in their room so it was not much privacy. My stay was OKAY but not the best.

I called for the complimentary shuttle and waited for over 1 hour at the airport after calling the hotel and driver multiple times. Once at the hotel, the front desk offered a free upgrade to a suite for all 3 rooms that I had booked - awesome, thanks. Upon returning to Canada again after a vacation, I came to realize the hotel has double charged me, 3 charges for the original rooms I had booked, and 3 charges for the upgrades. I've spent days dealing with the hotel trying to get the double charges reversed (they say they have no record of it, even though I've supplied them with recipts and bank statements showing the charges).
The beds were comfy but the amenities could use some work. Our rooms had 2 towels for a family of 5, and even when calling the front desk for more, none were brought up.
I did get a fairly good price when originally booking this hotel, so I guess it truly is 'you get what you pay for'.
