Guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal - toller Aufenthalt, tröstet ber den Preis hinweg.

Sehr zentrale Lage zu den touristischen Highlights, lässt sich alles gut zu Fuß erkunden. Parkhaus vorhanden, Gepäckabgabe auch vor dem regulären Einchecken möglich. Restaurant Anbindung zum Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich.

Sehr teuer, auch das Essen.

Praktisch und gute Lage.

Perfekte Lage in San Francisco Nähe Pier 39. Endstation Cable Car in der Nähe. Gutes Restaurant im Hotel mit gutem Frühstück.

Zimmer an der Strasse, Verkehr hörbar. Hotelpersonal freundlich, aber schlecht ausgebildet.

Great hotel in the perfect location

The room was clean and tidy and had everything I needed. The location was great and staff lovely Very cosy hotel..

Unfortunately the restaurant menu wasn't really for me, but I did use it several times for the bar :)

Wir kommen gern wieder.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Sei es die Lage, die Größe der Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, die bequemen Betten als auch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und das angenehme Flair im Hotel. In diesem Stadtteil fühlten wir uns wohl und sicher.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

We would recommend this to others.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Proximity to the cruise terminal was important to us. We also enjoyed walking around Pier 39. The staff was exceptional and very helpful. It was nice to grab a cup of real coffee in the lobby.

Nice and calm place to chill after (long) traveling or visiting SF.

It was the perfect landing spot after a 24-hour travel. nice and comfortable room in a great area. The coffee was really good!

The decoration of the room, that was quite big (23m2) caused for it to be unpractical.

Great boutique hotel in fantastic location

Perfect stay in Fisherman’s Wharf

The property was well positioned in Fisherman’s Wharf and close to the attractions. We had a very comfortable stay here and loved the hot chocolate and s’mores in the evening. The area did have some homeless individuals nearby but they kept themselves to themselves and we didn’t feel uncomfortable when we were out and about.

Would have liked tea and coffee in the room and not just in the morning in reception.

Location was great. Beds & pillows were so comfy-cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The parking is too expensive - $60/day for my car to sit in their garage.

The room had everything we needed.

There was a "concert" going in in courtyard on 1st floor and we could hear it and not enjoy it like we were there on the 4th floor.

Overall, totally recommend!!

The location is amazing and the room is very clean. At first we got a room that smelled like cigarettes but once we told the staff member our problem he quickly got right on it and gave us a new room which smelled clean and was in perfect condition. And the TV has so many options from amazing channels to Netflix!! Amazing experience!!!

No parking, had to use the public parking right across the street which came out way cheaper!!
