Hotel very pleasant and in a good location, but definitely over due for a refurb.

Fantastic location. Quite. Air con worked well and not too noisy. Bed was very comfortable. Fresh towels and bedsheets every day as required, maid service every day to clean both bedroom and bathroom. A very nice roof top bar. Although the outside was shut, I guess due to the time of year. Staff were very pleasant.

Standard room was very small. No coffee or tea making facilities. Lighting dim. Standard lamp in room flickered. No proper close rail just hooks to hand coat hangers on. No wall safe. On-suite shower thermostat control did not function well. Leak from shower head projected on to ceiling causing paint in ceiling to become damp and peel. Room not as clean as I would have expected. Definitely not 4* . It was 3* at best. Hotel is overdue for a refurbishment. Expensive for what we got.

location was great and room size was good too

heating was not working in room, could not turn it off, incredibly stuffy had window open then you got the noise. when i raised issue at reception they just said ‘they would report it’ no apology at all! also dirt tissues on floor where not been cleaned properly. ( by bed and under desk) door men were standing around and not once did i see that they opened a door for anyone

Die Lage war toll, Foyer und Rooftop-Bar auch.

Unser Zimmer bot Aussicht auf einen grauen, dreckigen Innenhof. Alle Ecken im Zimmer waren schmutzig, neben der Klimaanlage lag noch ein Haarband von jemandem, der da vor uns gewohnt hat. Der Safe fehlte im Zimmer, wurde uns auf Nachfrage zwar hingestellt, wäre aber im Falle nicht irgendwo sicher, weil mitnehmbar gewesen. Die Klimaanlage machte durchgehend ein fürchterliches Getöse und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Wenn man das Zimmer gemacht haben möchte, muss man ein entsprechendes Schild an die Tür kleben. Leider sagt einem das aber niemand.

Cool lobby, small room (but as expected for nyc), awesome location, nice staff, seriously uncomfortable bed, ridiculously small bathroom and very low lighting in room.

Superbe Hôtel avec du personnel souriant avec un super emplacement et rooftop

L’emplacement parfait a deux min du metro et 10 min a pied de Times Square

En effet la climatisation est bruyante mais on n’a pas eu besoin de la mettre donc on l’a coupé et c’était nickel

Een plek waarmee je New York kunt verkennen

Het hotel en de uitstraling waren precies zoals op de foto’s, en de ligging was perfect, direct aan Central Park. Dankzij het openbaar vervoer konden we overal naartoe, in ons geval vooral met de metro.

We werden in een kamer geplaatst in het midden van het hotel, met de ventilatiebuizen aan de buitenzijde. Dit zorgde de hele dag en nacht voor behoorlijk wat herrie. Aan de andere kant had het ook zijn voordelen, want het monotone geluid overstemde alle andere geluiden van de stad. De kamer was erg uitgeleefd.

Disappointing for price paid.

Room too hot. Air conditioning too loud and couldn't sleep. Superior Queen Room booked was not suitable for price .Too small for 3 adult people. Bathroom too small. Disappointed 😞 Rang reception twice. No answer. Also needed a flashlight to access the key, to get into the room. No breakfast included. Not worth the price.

Perfect location at Broadway.

The Lobby is beautiful and the staff friendly and willing to help. The location directly next to Lincoln Center and only 5min walk from Central Park was perfect. There were also two subway stations within 5min walking distance (Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle).

The rooftop pool and lounge opened no sooner than 11a.m. and closed already at 7p.m. The pool is also very small and the photos suggest a somewhat larger pool.

Bien, mais des rénovations s'imposent

Le personnel est très sympatique. Le hall d'entrée est l'endroit le plus rénové de l'hôtel. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment son point fort (Central Park et Time Square). Plusieurs restos et accès de métro à proximité.

Le store de la chambre n'était pas fonctionnel (toujours baissé). Malgré plusieurs appels à la réception, personne n'est passé pour le réparer. Le système de climatisation est vieillissant. Ce n'était pas possible de maintenir une température fraîche constante durant la nuit et le jour (revenait le soir et il faisait chaud). Les chambres ont réellement besoin d'être rénovées : peinture qui écaille, tapis, meubles, etc. Seulement un mini-frigo et un coffre-fort dans la chambre comme facilités. Et la piscine sur le toit, bien qu'intéressante, est extrêmement petite (court corridor de nage).

Kan ikke anbefale dette hotel, mørke dunkle værelser med fugt og meget støj fra aircondition.

Beliggenhed

Mørkt og dunkle værelser og på gangene. Aircondition larmede som var man ombord på en flyver, selv når den var lukket var der larm fra den. Ingen udsugning, værelset var ekstremt fugtigt. Billeder at pool område levede ikke på til virkeligheden.

Outdated room not worth the price. All the furniture had significant wear and tear and overall was dingy. If I didn’t know better I would’ve thought I was at a 2 star hotel

Bitter sweet taste.

Location, Cleaning service, Clean lines, nice view from the window, nice lobby and friendly staff. Good taxi service. Feeling safe. Pretty good AC although was making noise.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small. I arrived to meet with my family of three. They are pretty tall people, but in their room they didn’t have enough space. In my room there were some scratches on the ceiling and bathroom doors (inside). Besides, no coffee makers or other opportunity to make hot tea. I arrived from Florida to meet with my family from Europe. Surprisingly, when they arrived their booking canceled. Finally, got another room, but very small for three people.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my Mom’s 83rd birthday

The hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect for our needs. Niya at the front desk was awesome. She was very pleasant and helpful.

The pool was difficult to locate. Better signage would be appreciated

le personnel d' accueil, avec qui j'ai bataillé 3 jours pour avoir une chaise dans ma chambre, que j'ai fini par empreinte sur la place en face. car dans le descriptif il y a écrit bureau, mais pour eux c'est une table. de plus pas de coffre fort. rideau qui ne remonte pas. En clair pas très joyeux se séjour. pour y avoir été déjà 3 fois au paravant. l'hôtel vieillit, ainsi que le personnel de la réception. se n'est pas un 2 ou 3 étoile.

Nao fui informada que agua estava à disposicao na recepcao Até agora nao recebi uss 150,00 que foi retido no check in Cortina no quarto em pessimo estado Limpeza ruim - muito tecido e piso de carpete nao é higienico para hotel No mais, equipe atenciosa, camareiras educadas.

Las fotos del hotel no reflejan la realidad

Lo único bueno de este Hotel es la Ubicación y lo que representa porque se filmó una serie muy conocida, fuera de eso el hotel es viejo, las habitaciones super chicas, la cama y almohadas no son dignas de un Hotel

La atención del personal es pésima desde que uno ingresa al hotel, la habitación es ultra pequeña, la cama incomoda las almohadas son cualquier cosa menos almohadas, el baño antiguo y muy pequeño, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, no hay acceso al área de la piscina ni la terraza, en síntesis no tienen comodidad en sus instalaciones y la atención del personal es lamentable

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher in der Gegend gefühlt. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Leider war die Heizung/ Klimaanlagen sehr laut und die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht öffnen, sodass es im Zimmer sehr dunkel war. Da wir nur unterwegs waren, war dies allerdings nicht so schlimm.

We were not disappointed with our stay. The location was ideal.

We chose the hotel for the location to Lincoln Center, and it was perfect.

I would have liked an early accesible place for coffee in the morning and not having to walk several blocks to the nearest shop.

Great location, great food!

I liked everything but specially the location, since I am a frequent MET Opera visitor. Hotel foyer was nicely decorated. During this trip we dined at rooftop restaurant. It has a nice view of the city and a great food.

The pharmacy and Starbucks are closed. It is very inconvenient, but has nothing to do with the hotel.

La ubicación excelente, la limpieza muy bien, el personal amable.

El mantenimiento pobre y me cobraron como quisieron, no me dieron oportunidad de pagar desde mi llegada con la tarjeta que yo quería pagar (ya que llevaba reserva desde booking). Esto hizo que mi experiencia no fuera no tan buena como hubiese podido ser, ojalá que las personas en la recepción sean más receptivas a lo que el cliente requiere... hablé con 2 recepcionistas del asunto, al llegar y al irme, y ninguno me quiso ayudar, prefirieron ahorrarse la molestia.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and a reasonable size room.

Nice size room with comfortable beds. Hotel is in a great location with easy access to subways to get around the city and not too far from Central Park. Within walking distance to shops also.

There was a slight mix up with our booking upon our early morning arrival but the staff member on duty did his best to sort this out and have us in our room as soon as possible.
