Worth a staying, recommendable

The room was a little smelly and outdated. There was no single usb port. Also blankets were not thick enough.

Our stay was excellent and will go back again!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it had a lot of room. Loved the full kitchen. The patio had an amazing view of the ocean. The staff was nice and prompt when we needed anything.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the first night the plumbing in our master shower was clogged. The staff fixed it promptly and we were back in business.

Nice location but try not to book a unit on the 3rd floor.

Clean. Activities on site. Food and bar on site.

Our condo was on the 3rd floor and there were no elevators. Dragging luggage, food, etc up several flights of stairs was no fun.

Beautiful place to spend a week in Hawaii.

Beautiful grounds, kitchen was perfect and nice patio. Loved the shows in the afternoons, esp the Hula show. The bar & restaurant by the pool were handy too.

We always love staying at Kona Coast Resort! It’s our go-to when we have special occasions and Ohana coming in from mainland or outer islands.

Highly recomment

Loved the pool area and our room faced the ocean and a beautiful manicured golf course. We were there for 10 days, and their cleaning of rooms etc was only done after 14 days. I feel that is a bit long without a refresh, especially if you have kids. they did offer to give cleaning products, etc if we wanted them But I am on vacation and did not want to have to clean/ change linens etc, All in all the staff was wonderful and very kind.

Refresh of rooms should have been in the 5-6 day range. things get a bit grungy after 14 days!

部屋が広い。キッチン用品が一通りそろっていたこと。タオルや洗剤などが追加無料だったこと。フロントや受付のスタッフはみんな笑顔で感じが良かった。

ケアウホウショッピングセンターが歩いて行ける距離にはあるが、長期滞在の食材を買うには、レンタカーはマストだと感じた。部屋に巨大なゴキブリがいたのが、1ポイントは下がる理由になっています。

Very good

Convenient hot tub location outside our room. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Roomy interior.

Yard maintenance was quite noisy and pest control has to enter our room for maintenance spraying, we were only there for 2 days and happen to hit all the maintenance times.

cleanliness of units - especially the floors, our toddler had black feet and pants after one hour of crawling, we asked for another unit but it was the same dirty carpets in the other unit, very disappointed; units really need a refurbishment, felt like 1970th; units at the highway were quite loud during traffic hours

It was wonderful.

The apartment was beautiful and huge. Unfortunately, we were only there 2 nights so I don't know about all the facilities. We had a wonderful swim at night in one of the pools.

Superb

The room and facilities were generally very clean and tidy. The rooms were larger than we were expecting. Rooms were spacious and the resort offers impressive amenities. The beds were comfortable and allowed for a comfortable night's sleep. Location of the resort is excellent and it was in close proximity to a lot of Kona's activities and beaches.

The check-in process was a little clunky. There was an error where the resort had on record that we were staying 3 nights while our booking confirmation clearly stated two nights. We ended up getting it resolved but it took longer than it should have. One of our bathroom toilets was draining endlessly and needed to be remedied and one of the shower stalls got backed up with water rather quickly.

The walkout patio, two full bathrooms for a one bedroom apartment and the fully equipped kitchen.

the TV cable box in the living room had to be rebooted every time we tried to watch it

great place to stay

The room is big with spacious kitchen. Everything is clean and seems recently renovated. There are two full bath even in the 1 bed suite.

The only complaints I have is about noise. There was some kid running on the level above my room. In addition, the window louvers (particularly popular in Hawaii) near the entryway is not soundproof. I was really annoyed being able the hear other hotel guests chatting outside.

We found roaches in the first room. Requeted.to.move.to another room and when we were leaving we found a dead roach.

Wonderful!

The room was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated the large indoor dining table and spacious outdoor patio. Great value!
