All in all, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

The bed was comfy.

Our air conditioning unit kept leaking. A maintenance guy came and “fixed” and it was fine for a few hours but then started leaking even worse, soaking up the entire side of the floor underneath the unit. You guys put a $299.35 pending charge on my card so I couldn’t even buy anything the whole time I was there. My fiancé had to buy all our food and gas. My card still has this pending charge. Then our room keys wouldn’t work after a day out so we had to keep going up and down for the front desk to re-instate the room keys. I need this pending charge taken off of my bank account ASAP.

The room was clean and the bed comfy.

There was no one at the front desk for awhile and I had to call from my phone and then he came in from the outside. I don't know where he was coming from. Also, upon entering the hotel I smelled weed but that was probably from a guest lighting up before actually getting outside so that was a bit of a turn off.

I was on first floor near the breakfast area people living in the hotel congregate there one woman said it's her living room. Very noisy all hours of the night and first thing in the am.

It was horrible/Drugs/prostitution/ and dogs barking all night

nothing it’s in a crack infested area next to a mall

the staff at the front desk was very unprofessional and had very poor customer service .he kept stating that his system and or computer was slow and couldn’t see my reservation that was non refundable long story short I didn’t get the room after waiting hours to check in instead he told me to call bookings and find out and booking s told me it was the hotel they played blame game worst nightmare and case scenario

Convenient, decent stay

It was close to the mall & other stores. Our room was close to the exit door.

The room itself was a little small for the $$ & the beds were definitely smaller than what you normally get.

Disappointing and didn’t feel safe there

The bed was clean . The breakfast was just ok. The morning man was helpful when I said the hairdryer was faulty he gave me a new one

The pastries were damp as if frozen before. Only cheese ones . There was very little milk left . People after us didn’t have any. There was a mess of cereal all on the work top. There was a choice of an orange or three apples on of which should have been in the bin covered in speckles. There was a smell of weed outside the main doors and in the lobby when we went in and out. !!! The hairdryer was making sparks and smelling burning when I turned it on !!!

The location was close to family for a tragic funeral. The rate was affordable. The housekeepers would surely be able to do their job if the carpet was shampooed or replaced. New bedspreads pillows and sheets are definitely needed. New heater/ac was a good start.

The owners of this motel need to replace all of the broken down curtains, the broken hairdryers, the worn out bedspreads, pillows, and bed linens. Fix the windows so they can open to let out the intense smoking smell. The bathroom fan broken, the shelf under the refrigerator rotting and near collapse
