elevator and hallway and building inside smell like some kind of institution that is like a hospital or elderly home. i think they are using cheap detergents to clean the outside of commom areas. also the bed sheet had a stain on it like a bleach out stain, or transparent stain.

not my favourite

It was clean, yes, and breakfast filled our hungry tummies. The staff was polite and competent at using the video check-in robot. Breakfast staff kept things tidy and did their best.

The room had a strong smell of mold intermingling with a powerful masking perfume, which was not good since the windows didn't open, presumably ro deter anyone from ending it all in the russian-era pool, below. Queen beds sagged so much that two people in bed would inevitably roll towards each other, accelerating until they collided in the middle. There was no one behind the desk to greet us, just a video screen showing a guy who could only look above my head while he checked us in remotely. (Was the poor guy locked in a room somewhere? Why don't they let him out???) A machine scanned my passport and later spat out bits of paper and room keys. No need for an alarm clock as the garbage truck across the street would have put any rooster to shame. This was not the least costly hotel in the area.

The beds were very comfortable

Floors not mopped. Cheap press board furniture needs replaced, swollen from water damage. Mysterious stains on all walls and very bad painting patch work

Great location, great price as well. And the breakfast was awesome!

There was a weird smell in our room and the chair was worn. Also, I would rather the pool and the hot tub to be inside.

Peaceful

Didn't eat breakfast but that is me.... we used the van to take us to airport. Alexandria was the driver, also believes she does housekeeping....she was great. Offered us gum, played good music. Just a sweet lady!

Room was dismal . Repairs in bathroom were ugly- and did not keep water from draining out of room- really unsafe for a handicapped room.

Likely possible to do much better for the price.

The room was fine, as would be expected with the price. It was quite clean so the housekeeping staff is doing a good job.

The hotel is just very run down--very old and soiled carpets in the halls. The breakfast is not good--smelled strange and there were no healthy options except for overly sweetened yogurt. I tried to get change for a $20 to tip the shuttle driver (even though she was 20 min late getting to the shuttle) but they did not have any cash.

Expensive considering how dated parts of hotel are and lack of customer service.

Close to RSW and it has a shuttle (see below). Hotel looks fine from outside and in lobby. Room is clean and bed was fine.

Given wrong information about time for shuttle pick up and where to meet the shuttle (apparently there are 2 "hotel shuttles" signs outside the terminal, but no one bothered mentioning that. Front desk didn't explain where WiFi password is located (minor thing, it is on the key envelope but I didn't realize that and wasn't told). Room itself is clean but furniture is so old, and carpet in halls is stained. Walls in hall are desperately in need of paining. All of these things amount to my finding other accommodations when I travel to RSW next.

The staff’s attitude was AWFUL! I am not one to rate so awful but both people who checked us in and out must have really hated their job. The girl was rude from the very start.

The heating/ac unit did not work. The room was 62 degrees when we got in. Two staff were unable to fix it. Evidently there were no blankets available.

the room was clean and smell good

the customer service was bad, the manager is not professional. he doesn’t know how to talk to customer. I had to check in at 3:00pm I get to the place at 4:00pm and there’s no room available for me. when I asked to talk to the manager, the manager said there’s nothing he can do for me if I need to cancel the reservation I can. that doesn’t make any sense. that’s not how he supposed to treat me.
