My family & I will be back. 10/10!

Literally everything. The villa was perfect for our needs. Our daughter originally wanted to go to a water park but once she saw the Splash cove, she was lost for words. We also enjoyed our location, the outdoor & indoor water activities. Also it's great, being there was a pool table, tennis court along with a basketball court!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Sheraton Broadway Resort is the place to stay...

A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Terrific service from the staff/team. Everything was in workinh order. Answered questions that I had. The premises had many activities available, and was located within 5 miles of every venue we visited.

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to book again for our yearly 'mom's only vacation'.

The pool was wonderful, but we wish we had known to bring a pool float of our own. The desk staff were wonderful as was the gate guards. Our room was a delight and the cleaning staff we interacted with were lovely.

There was a bit of construction near our building on the sidewalks, but not too bad.

Great place and amazing staff. Well kept property and clean stay

Location was perfect, it was extremely close to everything we wanted to attend and see. The staff was excellent and extremely polite

Bed wasn't too comfortable but the pillows are excellent. Also the geese would be honking through the night and early mornings. Nothing the place can control but it was definitely something you can't ignore while trying to get some rest.

Everything was so nice .

The room was on the bottom floor which I loved. The was clean they had daily housekeeping the front desk was very accommodating.

The water slide was under construction .

Everything was clean and user friendly. When we arrived then young lady at the desk moved our room next to our family’s room so we were next door to each other.

They scheduled us for a presentation and we rearranged our schedule. Then when we arrived, the said we weren’t scheduled???

Great experience for the whole family.

I believe this is our 4th stay. We have kids ranging 6-12 yrs old. We felt safe giving them a small amount of freedom. We felt safe leaving our car unattended. Everything was clean and in good shape. From the buildings, grounds and pool area. I like there is NO parking deck and that it’s only 3-4 floors. You are able to get in and out fast, even with the guard shack. Plenty of room in each rental.

Nothing negative I can think of.

Good Times at Sheraton Broadway

I loved the lazy river and the heated pool. The villa was smaller than expected, but turned out cozy and perfect for this family of 4. I was able to easily fit an air mattress in living room even when sofa couch was pulled out. Our villa was tastefully decorated and loved having a washer and dryer in villa. The screened in patio was excellent with not bugs to get us. Close to everything including The Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach.

Check in was at 4 but our room wasn't ready till 4:40. After a 10 hour drive we just wanted to get settled. Parking spaces are super narrow.

I didn't like that we had to wait 2 hours before getting a room when check-in time was at 4 pm. Arrival around 6ish room wasn't ready.

Sheraton vacation club with areas to improve

+ Staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. + Location was good and allowed for non-interrupted rest.

- At the arrival we had to change apartment twice. The first two apartments were dirty (see picture£ and had the very bad smell. The third apartment didn’t smell nice either, but we were too tired to change it again. - running water in the bath tube was either very warm or hot (not possible to adjust to cold temperature). Each time we returned from the beach, we wanted to take semi-cold shower to cool down. But it was not possible. - check in for guests was organized in one of the apartments. Main reception was under renovation . Strange that renovation takes place during summer peak season - lack of restaurant or bar opened during evening hours.

Awesome, clean and convient place to stay while in Myrtle Beach!

Loved the location next to Broadway at the Beach. I loved the entire grounds because it was clean and laid out well. The pools were outstanding. Plenty of things to do right on the grounds of the resort.

It would have been good to have lights on the miniature golf course. But, it was still good. And, I wish the bar/grill would have been open until at least 11 pm. It would have been good on certain nights to eat/drink/party right by the pool and walk back to your room. But, these were minor, the place was great and these things don't dimminish that.

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for a mini vacation next month

I like the size of the room and the location to eateries and shopping. We were there for a family reunion and it was 5 minutes away from the venue so that was awesome .

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay except the fact we had a 4pm check in and upon arrival the room wasn't ready so we had to wait until after 6:30 to get in our room and our key card didn't work at first.

Very nice resort & super Kids/Family friendly, hot Pool thats basically only for Kids

Very nice resort, clean & spacious rooms and convenient location

All pools are only 3FT deep & the water was so warm (hot) that there is no refreshing effect at all (have been there end of July). The Pool Bar has odd opening hours and the Barkeeper (only one) is completely overwhelmed which makes you wait awhile

I like that they have a bar at the pool and things for the kids, rooms are nice the carpet needs a little cleaning and the beds need better bedding, other than that I really enjoyed this resort

Very clean, friendly staff, activities for the kids although they didn't do much on the property.

They only cleaned the room on our last day there. We had to wash towels, washcloths, and other supplies there. The closing times to do activities sucked.

The resort was not want my family and I expected for the price we paid for the rooms. The rooms were uncomfortable.

The pools and activities for the children

The rooms and the furniture is dated. The room was very small and we seen roaches in 1710. In 1727 there were food particles under the bed at the time we checked in.

Comfortable for the price need to be cleaned better even the dryer was fill of lint

I loved the location, the staff is excellent , the pools and the lazy River and golf. Loved the refills of laundry ,soap ,and paper towels .

So I have stayed here last year and the villa was cleaner. this year I didn’t like the villa we stayed in room 1721 the carpet was stained all over and def need to change as well as the couch and furniture just seemed worn out. We were out most of the days but we have stayed in lots of hotels and this one wasn’t so great. Plus we waited our room wasn’t ready until 4:35 prob not sure we will stay here again if we visit

My husband and 3 kids I took short trip the was only one day and night. Paid 700.00 for one night and waited nearly 3 hours to get in our suit we also had reservations so was unable to really enjoy the resort
