Hotel decadente, péssimo

Hotel horrível, decadente, velho, com aspecto de descuidado e abandonado. Além disso tivemos o azar e descaso de ser acomodados em um andar que estava passando por um procedimento de limpeza dos carpetes, com circulação diaria de dezenas de funcionários. Horrível. Péssima experiência.

Las piscinas es lo que me gusto

Nos dieron una habitacion que no era y tuvimos que esperar media hora a que nos la dieran y al dia siguiente es que nos dieron la habitacion que habiamos reservado. El gate a la hora de salir del parqueo no funcionaba con la tarjeta del hotel y mi esposo tuvo que ir varias veces a recepcion porque la tarjeta no habria el gate y le dijeron que le diera al boton de llamar ni le activaron la tarjeta y el lavamanos del cuarto tupido se llenaba de agua.

Nice place - additional parking fees charged

Room was very nice, comfortable, quiet.

Parking was $25 per day. That was not included in our fees when we booked. All similar fees should be included and made apparent when booking.

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, se ve que es un hotel muy viejo al que no han querido remodelar, de haber sabido me hubiera quedado en el Fairfield toda la semana, una pena una tarifa tan alta para un hotel tan malo y feo

Durante toda minha estadia tive várias cobranças de 50 dolares durante a madrugada, questionei e me disseram que seria estornado. Não foi estornado, dando um total de 250 dolares a mais sem explicação. Colocarei abaixo algumas fotos que comprovam. Os funcionários da recepção são muito mal educados. As fotos do site não correspondem ao hotel no dia dia. Existem várias fotos que são festas feitas no hotel. Restaurante tem apenas 1 funcionário por turno, o que demora muito o atendimento.

Nice pool, but outdated and not much else.

The pool area was nice

Room lacked blankets. They give you sheets to sleep with. Outdated facilities, broken door locks. Requested blankets from housekeeping, no one showed. Called again, promptly told housekeeping was on their way, again no one showed.

The rooms and property are not worth for the money they are charging, property is not so good, lot of hidden fees, parking fee is separate and per entry almost $22, no free breakfast for kids and adults? We have to pay for it, We can find other good properties nearby for same or even less price. Stay away

A so-so hotel.

The hotel is close to some major attractions like Disneyland and Universal Studios and also close to a bunch of restaurants.

The hotel is old. It’s needs an upgrade. A bit pricey for an old hotel. Needs major renovation. The breakfast buffet is expensive as well.

Room was horrible. Pre-Regulated ac that was hot all night. Non working fridge to the point where I had to throw out meds that were supposed to stay cool.

Everything it’s old, no maintenance, they charge so damn high, it’s no longer covid times, no bell service , you have push your own luggage all the way to your room, it’s not safe for kids , it needs renovations, the sink of the bathroom is in the room not in the toilet, the TVs are too Damn old, everything is old, and they charge as if they give full service while they give half service.
