It was close to the park entrance
1. Overall the place is not clean.
2. It says breakfast was included and they didn't do breakfast.
3.- There wasn't bath tissue, shampoo or soap and when I called the front desk, they made me go to their office to pick them up and instead of bathroom tissue, they gave me a box of tissues 🥴
4. The pool was dirty and with a lot of bugs.
5.- We were at 118°F and they asked us to keep the fan at low and no less than 69°F.
6.- They said that you will be charged a $25 dlls fee per day if you leave the A/C and lights on.

La atención del personal pésima!! La señora que nos atendió me grito solo porque me costaba escucharle o porque no entendía

Very good attention by the staff.
We expected a basic American breakfast and so many guests too that asked for scrambler eggs or sausage.

Outdated, they messaged us saying the pool wasn’t working after we did the booking, terrible breakfast, ridiculously expensive for the value, really bad experience

Almost nothing
I would have given zero, but it looked clean so two stars. Old facility, but whatever--you could decide not to sleep from the heat or turn on the air conditioner and not sleep because of its noise. The pool was out of service and we were notified when we could no longer cancel the reservation. Breakfast the bare minimum to call it breakfast.
Very bad, if you can, go elsewhere.

I booked this facility to use the pool to find out the pool was pure GREEN ,out of commission .

The room was dirty, vary very low water pressure. You could hardly take a shower. The A/C did not work and when I told the manager and showed him he told me I was using it wrong. Pool and spa were green and could not be used. They only gave me a $20.00 refund. I think I should of been credited the whole amount.

Location was close to Sequoia entrance. Cleaning staff were very pleasant and friendly.
Water pressure was awful. They did have issues with the water pump. There's a gap /no seal under the door. Basically, you get what you pay for. So don't expect much. However, the A/C worked pretty good.

Good location
The pool was GREEN, no water in the jacuzzi, subpar breakfast, when we first entered the room, the bed was unmade and there was trash in the wastebasket, there is debris around the property.

the location worked for the park accept the road was closed.
the breakfast was limited.

The room was very large and extremely clean. There was a coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Mountains surround the motel.
The room was difficult to find and we couldn’t locate an elevator.

It was a good location. The room had a strong smell of cleansers so we had to air it out before we could sleep that night.

The hosts were amazing and made our stay unforgettable. The place is so charming, so cosy and surrounded by such a beautiful landscape. Definitely we would have liked to stay more to relax at the Bobby and Mike's place. Our best stay over our two weeks in California!

Near Sequoia NP.
If you arrive after 11 PM, ring the bell or call this number and you’ll get help, they said. Waited for solid 15 minutes outside, next to a watch out for bears sign before someone showed up. It was not even midnight! How lazy can you be. No paperwork, the guy spent 10 minutes fiddling the computer and then just tossed me the key cards and told me to memorize the room numbers. Jesus. Had to fight off bugs to use bathroom. Da filthy!

the staff was mannerless. they did not provide us the essentials information. The room was extremely dirty, hair in the bathroom and on the floor, the sheets were stained with blood

I did appreciate that the location was next hiking trail to leads to river. We were fairly close to the sequoia entrance so that was nice.
The staff member at the front desk was very rude. I tried explaining why there were extra fees when it’s a pet friendly facility and instead of approaching the situation professionally she begins raising her voice at me. She has no patience for people who bring business to the location. Save your money and look else where

The bathroom floor and the shower hadn’t been cleaned at all. I found lots of hairs from the guest before us and the floor was dirty. The furniture and the bed+sheets seemed old.
