Really enjoyed our stay , was comfortable and clean

Very good property, a little dated, very clean and tidy, would have liked pool heated to use it more at that time of year

Not properly maintained villa with poor management

The location is very near to walmart and other restaurants. Safe place surrounded by other villas and community. Calm and quiet place. Great private swimming pool

The amenities mentioned in the booking were not available. Not even a courtesy bottle of water/ shampoo/soap/laundry detergent etc The dishwasher was not working Toaster was very old and has rust The sofa had a stinky smell

enjoyed the stay loved the location

loved the size, felt safe sleeping here, very clean Walmart and other stores at right around the corner

the facility pool only allows 4 people per house key. I had a family of 6 so that wasn’t fun

Great location

The location is perfect! It is 10 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes to I4, 2 minutes from the Osceola Parkway, and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. It is also a very large home with plenty of space! We were 6 adults and 3 small children (5,3, and 1 years old) and we were all very comfortable.

It definitely could've been a bit more clean. Our last evening we saw a HUGE wasp in the kitchen which scared us a bit about the possibility of more wasps in the house but none of us were bit in the night. That said, they also provided basically no paper products. We're used to having to purchase "additional" supplies but there wasn't even a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Signs in the home called for guests to run a load of laundry prior to departure but there was no detergent provided.

I paid for a heated pool (4 days) but I had to call the property manager every day to heat the pool. We only were able to enjoy the pool 1 day!!!

Bad

To start with once we walked into the house it felt very warm. Ac was set at 72 but the place did not cool down till about 4 or 5 in the morning. Rugs were very nasty and looked like they had mold on them. The bathroom tiles were all coming apart. The dishwasher had a sign that it had been broken since February and was not allowed to be used. The garage door had a no parking sign as to not park in the garage. We had family come over and they stayed for about two hours and we ended up getting a 200.00$ fine for blocking sidewalk as there is not enough parking. Once we called them about the fine they tell us well you can park in the garage nobody would ever know once you close the door. There were signs allover the house as if you really cant do anything in a place that your paying to stay at. They have no cleaning service as they tell you that you need to wash the bedding for them basically. Pool was unsafe as the drain cover on the bottom of pool was missing. The pool was so cold that my kids were not able to use the pool. The hot water would come on and off while showering so you would have to be careful with showering the kids so they wouldn't get burnt. There was no equipment as to brush the pool.

Smelly Mold Roaches

It was close to parks

The dirt. The House cockroaches all over our food. Not being able to cook or store food in the kitchen. Couldn’t bring left overs or snacks because the roaches wanted it . Had to sleep with one eye open because the roaches wanted to come lay next to us. Had to wear socks in the shower and socks on the carpet because there was mold and dirt . The beds were very stiff hard and uncomfortable. The pillows linen and towels are very worn out and dingy. The air conditioning didn’t work properly only at night is when it cooled the house . Broken doors broken furniture broken blinds broken dish washer and worse of all my kids had nose bleeds from all the dingy air vents and mold carpet. Wish I could add more pictures to show the roaches kitchen area and carpets . We left early it was bad .

It’s close to shopping centers ? It’s spacious

It could’ve been cleaner , the carpets have stains in them , the couches have stains. On the site was shown a house with pool but when we got there we didn’t have a pool in the back yard. It smelt old in the house. The furniture was outdated. Shower curtains where filthy

Exacto Time

I like the value of renting a small house while my family stayed at Kissimmee. It was nice to invite local family and stay the day instead of going out to a restaurant. The pool was great and we left the pool noodles for others to enjoy. We live in Jax FL and we felt like home. We will be back as our schedule permits. God Bless.

The pool was nice but very cold you shouldn't have to pay for it to be heated with the amount you pay
