I was not happy with this hotel

the bed was large and comfortable and the a/c worked well

The pool was in a bad location with a view to the street. The breakfast did not look good. The bathroom set up was not good. The doors to the outside did not close and lock well it did not feel safe.

Good location, good price, good pools indoor and out,

The kids had a great time in the pool. It was nice and quiet. The lifeguard was friendly and helped out with refereeing the swimming games with my two boys and i. Good location, parking, short walk to marina, places to eat and boat trips. Breakfast is liminted. If there was a cold meat selection with cheese, tomato, maybe adding banannas would help. Didnt like the eggs or burgers they had as the hot option. A lot of plastic being used but that seemed to be everywhere. Personally i like to be able to spread the butter on my toast without the knife breaking. Kids loved the waffles!!!

There was 3 young teens running a muck one evening. Kicking peoples doors and running off. I rang reception a number of times but this didnt help and they kept doing it. Their parents were notified by hotel the next morning which solved it. Room was in need of freshing up but it was ok.

Overall pleased with the experience. We would go back for sure.

The indoor and outdoor pool were great. The bed was very comfortable. Having a balcony was great too.

The breakfast would have been better with more variety.

The pools were fantastic. The hot tub was very nice also. Having a balcony was also a bonus. This is a great location too. There is a lot to do in the immediate area with Hyannis Harbor and downtown Hyannis sops and restaurants all within walking distance.

The free wi-fi cuts in and out frequently. The breakfast could be much better. The eggs tasted fake and more options besides just sausage would be appreciated. The coffee and juice were good, as were the waffles.

Its basic but fine

It’s close to Main Street and has free parking.

The rooms were very basic. The hair dryer was really dated and the toiletries provided were terrible. There was hair on one of the towels on arrival and a small blood stain on the bed sheets.

Our Stay at Hyannis Comfort Inn was very good.

If you are using the ferry to go to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard, you can walk from the hotel to the ferry. The hotel is also close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good, with several options. The room was comfortable, and the TV was large and and worked well. The air conditioner worked good, as well.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

They gave us ground level room. Smell of the ground floor was bad ,toilet had a minor leak.

The breakfast was awful. Powered eggs, i Only applies for fruit. Limited choices. Waffle machine didn’t work. Toaster didn’t toast the bread.

Rooms are large,clean ,comfortable bed . Close to Main street restaurants and shops. Close to ferry’s.

Disappointing

room was nice

pool area was very cold, didnt seem like the heated pool was working correctly. was part of the whole plan of bringing my kids there for a night would have been nice if i was informed there was hockey teams all there and i was placed in the center room in the hallway middle of everyone tv service is awful sorry.
