Location
Old and tired, ethnic miscues, lobby locked, have to do business at an outdoor window. This property should NOT be on Booking. Embarrassing, my worst Booking ever.

Worst experience ever. Totally incompetent. Lied to me about a $50.00 security deposit. Inept. Unprofessional. Forced to walk away struggle to find accommodations elsewhere. After calling around to several hotels was finally about to get a room a Best Western, Annapolis.

Good location. Staff was friendly. Advertised as no frills and it was definitely true.
Expecting coffee in the lobby but none available. Carpet and bedding was old and a lot of renovation underway.

This business is in the process of an overall remodel and upgrade. The bathroom had been remodeled.

Reasonable rates good location

For what we needed, the location was good. A little tricky to get to, but there were plenty of signs pointing the way. The staff was curt and far more efficient than they were with the person ahead of us.
Reality was nothing close to the photos of the property. Room was clean (other than the wad of gum stuck to the headboard), but smelled of age. The repeated questions about pets and the unadvertised reality that this was also an extended stay was off-putting.

I wasn't looking for fancy, just affordable and a nice enough place to stay while in town. I got what I was looking for. It was quiet and I appreciated that no one knocked on my door, as well as the call to check on whether I needed my room serviced, which I didn't. It was also close enough to downtown.

Location was great! I had lots of choices for food and entertainment.
24 hour laundry. I work during the hours of operation.

In a creepy location. Way overpriced for what we got. Some kind of warehousing operation going on in a couple of the rooms. Scary walk to ice machine.
Either a MUCH lower price or a different hotel altogether. Will not go back there.

I chose this property because it was the most economical choice. Still it was not a good value as it was rather overpriced for little more and a simple motel.
There were dead bugs in the bathroom when I first came in, half of the lights didn’t not work, the room phone did not work, and I had several bed bug bites that I noticed after my stay.

Price
Cashier could not split the bill so each guest could pay half.

The only amenities were toilet paper (they list it as an amenity) and 1/2 oz container of shampoo. There was a used 1/2 oz container of cream rinse.
It’s a transient motel they try to sell off during academy football games for $200.00 a night. Headboard shedding onto bed. Semen on the wall. Filthy carpet. My feet were actually black! Glaring safety light outside window that shines into the room all night.
Booking.com obviously doesn’t check their properties.
