Overpriced room with minimal amenities for a deluxe room and non working toilet

The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable the staff were pleasant an quickly responded to inoperative toilet and tv.

This hotel was way overpriced. We were in the deluxe room which was bare bones.

Exceptional

Very clean, good location, nice staff. The room was quite small but we were only there for a quick overnight. They have bigger rooms which we will book next time if we are staying longer.

Nothing we did not like, exactly what we expected.

Good parking Convenient access to major roads and sky train.

Nice stay following cancelled flight. Good food in the annexed Moxie restaurant.

Two level apartment with appliances, comfy bed, clean, nice pool.

Nice place to stay if looking for an economical option in this area.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Everything needed for a safe and enjoyable stay.

Listed as having an airport shuttle. It does not and is a long way from the airport.

You get what you pay for.

It was a cheap overnight stay. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room looked modern.

It was super hot in the rooms and the ac unit that is given to you doesn't have a way for you to blow the hot air it produces outside. So while it's on, it doesn't really do much to help cool the room.

Small but crisply modern and clean room. But for this price, why can’t I at least have a free coffee?!

Modern clean room interiors with composite, not carpet, flooring. Competent helpful staff. Well-lit parking area at rear.

No free coffee. Come on, folks. We’re paying sky-high Vancouver prices for a basic but modern motel room with no breakfast and you want me to charge me $1.25 for a morning coffee?! Customer service 101: free coffee sets a tone.

Close to highways ic you have a car this is a good spot to come back to. Clean. Comfortable.

Room is small. Ac is in the room...at least it has AC !

Very small rooms

The room was quite clean. I appreciated the snacks like popcorn in the lobby. The property has its parking spaces.

Probably the worst price/quality ratio in our lives. I know this is mostly the matter of the fact of Vancouver's prices of real estate but... The room was so small and so hot, also the use of the space could be much better. Bed was very small and uncomfortable. Staff was not very nice. We also had some noisy neighbours who were playing loud music in the morning.

the Staff were wonderful and very accommodating and helpful!

we booked a room based on the parameters of dog friendly, the. we were told the only room that allowed pets was the more expensive option (even thought the less expensive one was a match on on Booking)

Nice comfortable hotel

We had to stay over in Vancouver after our flights were rerouted. It’s pretty far from the airport but it was nice to have a comfy bed and they were able to have us check in at 2:30 am. The neighborhood was quiet residential and the staff was very nice

No lift so we had to drag our heavy suitcase up the stairs. There is a kindergarten located just below the room we stayed so there was lots of crying kids making much noise after about 8 :30 am so I would recommend a room on the other side of the hall from the kindergarten

Very basic..fine for 1 night

It was convenient for us to stay a night, before picking up an RV

Very basic. Very small room.. air conditioning pipe went out window, meaning that blind wouldnt go right down. We had to use towels, jackets, and hair clips to block window!......

Amazing staff but old building

Staff is amazing !! everyone is so kind, i love the gym and the free snacks they offer.

So small and needs renovations asap. Feels like im in someones odd smelling home.

could use a coffee maker in suite but enjoyed the lobby coffee options.

I really felt like at home location is great look outside and you see backyards it’s awesome really

it was very convenient for my pick up for location love the motorcycles in the lobby staff very friendly.
