Beautiful hotel! We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed here to work on a book, and so we spent long hours in a lovely lobby that had plenty of comfortable seating and even a fireplace. The staff was friendly and never made us feel out of place. They even upgraded us to the extra large workout suite with a peloton! It was also walking distance to some restaurants that were fantastic. Don't miss the Asian fusion place!
We would have enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant but it was significantly overpriced so we had to go elsewhere.

Clean pool/jacuzzi, fast room service, check in super easy and fast and checked in early, nice firm bed
Only one microwave located in the lobby snack shop, preferred in room especially when u have the space to do so(idk why hotels have stopped doing this, most people want a fridge and microwave)

Very clean and great staff. Just wished it was set closer to places to walk to close by.
Not within walking distance of town

very comfortable hotel, comfortable beds, quick checkin.

Great location. Easy access to 267. Has a parking deck. Nice lobby. Well designed rooms. Comfortable beds. Perfect for 2 people to work since there’s a desk for one person and a comfortable upholstered chair for the other, with a portable table that slides under the chair making it easy to use a computer up close.
Hard to figure out where to drive to in order to check in. No place for visitors to park since the front lot is for Sheraton. Where is the Westin lot? if visitors go to the deck, they’ll see the sign that says $12 per day for Westin guests. Visitors wouldn’t want to do that.

The rooms are great. The shower and bath were perfect. Clean and comfy.
Pool didn't feel heated. Jacuzzi was loud bc needed more water (I think). Pic showed our suite would have a balcony... it didn't.

The woman at the front desk on 3/14/23 (whose name may have begun with an A and definitely had a Z or X in it) was rude upon check-in. I asked about a live music sign and she responded in an annoyed tone "Live music is just on Tuesdays. We do not have live music *everyday*." I have a PhD, am very polite after working in the service industry before college, and had simply inquired about a sign without insinuating an expectation for live music everyday; yet she felt the need to reply in a condescending manner.
When it was time to check out, after a long wait (behind one person), this same woman would not acknowledge us (such as with a basic greeting like 'hi-- I will be with you in just a moment'). Instead, she signaled another customer who was across the room to step in front of us when she could have at least greeted us and adopted a transparent approach. After several more minutes without any acknowledgment while waiting with my small child, I dropped the key in the express checkout and left.
Showtime movies also were "included with the room," but could not be watched despite several attempts, owing to problems with connection. I emailed the hotel (directly and on Booking.com) about all of this but received no response.
The pool was smaller than it appears online as well and unlike with most hotels, there was no way to bring the continental breakfast back to the hotel room to eat while working in silence. Given all of this (particularly the unprofessional behavior at check-in and check-out), there are no plans to return.

Front desk was quick to accommodate us for their mistake of misinforming us of our charges for our stay. The hotel was very clean, room and facilities were clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Pet friendly and location was central to many restaurants and stores.
Was told our card would be charged one amount and it was charged $200 more than, and of course, we must wait several days to get that back. No microwave in the room. Only one microwave for the entire hotel to share on the first floor. Had to go down to warm up all of our food and made midnight snacks unappealing. Would be very difficult to manage with babies or kids. Buffet breakfast was just ok, cold and pancakes were hard.

Pay attention with the payment if you booked through booking.com. They told me I did not pay at the beginning and instead of taking a deposit of 200$ they blocked 700$ (200$ more than my price to stay there for two nights) on my card for one week.

Grote kamer
Breakfast at an extra cost however only served after 7am so not suitable for early departures. No other breakfast-to-go offered. Location is totally not suitable for non-car owners. Hotel restaurant not open so no alternatives but to take taxi and go to Reston town
