Choose others in the same area.

There were no redeeming qualities whatsoever. It was simply in the right place at the right time.

Staff was rude upon check-in. The breakfast was underwhelming. Renovations should have been made years ago.

The gotel was a great place to stay and was close to many attractions.

The ease of finding the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The toilet was wobbly and the pool was cloosed which was not listed on any site that it was down. The front desk said it had been down for awhile.

the entire hotel smelled horrible, my room smelled like straight pee and the floor was sticky. the staff was incredibly rude, even the general manager. they also tried to charge me for my service dog being with me. Mrs. Patel checked me in, her attitude was disgusting. i would highly recommend you don’t spend your money here, there’s so many other places in the same price range that are better.

This stay very uncomfortable also had to pay 100 dollars up front before I got my room key . .

There wasn’t much to like but the front desk worker tried her best to correct the problems that we came across. My room was paid before I arrived but was asked for an additional 100 suite was small for 2 beds pool was filthy with trash site was disgusting should be closed down for health accommodations for people with disabilities who can t get up and down 2 flights of stairs this place needs elevators also my grandmother barely made it up and down with help from the family.

When we first arrived our room was very smelly the front desk worker attempted to change our room but that room was also very smelly eventually we sprayed air freshener that we had with us in the room that made it bearable for us to sleep through the night since we were only there for two nights and I don’t think we could’ve stayed another due to being so uncomfortable.

Bed and pillows were comfortable liked available ice machine

When asked about changing sheets staff acted like they knew even though they had forgotten. When the cleaning staff came to change our sheets she was on the phone with family and in Spanish admitted to her family she had forgotten to do it earlier in the morning and now we were in the room. I guess she was unaware I could understand her. The staff also never answered the phone when I called the front desk

The pool was down, wish we had known I booked because it had a pool Found a weird bug in the bed but only 1 (Its Not bed bugs) to big for bed bug, but not what you want to roll over and see

Absolutely nothing.

Employees were malicious and rude... the photos look nothing like the actual rooms... absolutely NO QUALITY!! Even went to the extend of saying eye makeup wouldn't come off a towel that I shouldn't have wasned my face.... HORRIBLE

It was very clean, quite and breakfast spread was the nicest I’d ever seen.

It wasn’t a huge hotel. Two floors only so I didn’t have to walk myself to death. The check-in was flawless and the Employee went to make sure my room was ready before finishing my check-in.

Pool was shut down indefinitely. They put a 200 dollar hold on my debit card, plus charged me 100 dollar deposit on top of the room and debit card hold.

The room was ok for 90$ and for the area.

The pool was down with installation falling down the gym had no electricity. The front desk was rude and snooty. We had a incident with a bloody nose and she charged me 100$ for a 5$ washcloth. We won't be back again.

Pleasant

The hotel is literally right off the interstate and the pricing was decent. It did the job for a basic night's stay and the breakfast was like what you'd expect; waffle maker, juice, cereal and similar. There was shredded cheese in the fridge from a previous tenant but otherwise the room appeared clean with all working appliances and heater. The staff I ran into were polite and professional.

There were some issues with my reservation, the check in clerk didn't seem to know how to check me in did to booking through an outside site. But he was able to quickly resolve the issue and was apologetic for the delay.

Eggs and sausage and oatmeal at breakfast, dark coffee was an option along with lighter version, clean room, more than expected for the rate we paid.

I was frustrated

I made my payment on booking.com then once at the hotel the staff told me that my card was declined. But the last 4 digits they show was not my card last 4 digits. They waste my time when i signed out. I had to call booking.com . They never call me back.The chair in my room was dirty.
