Die Lage war für uns einfach klasse.
Der Mann am Counter war super freundlich und konnte alles regeln.
Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls klasse.

Conveniently located near the airport and downtown Austin
Beds were a bit small for 2 people

For me? Ok

The hotel was nicely decorated. The decorator's color scheme and design were replicated throughout the hotel and in the rooms. The bed was super comfortable. Probably the best mattress I've ever experienced in my years of travel. Very clean bathrooms and plenty of towels. Fairly close the the airport. We found a great hole-in-the-wall Mexican food restaurant, 1/2 mile from the hotel, West of I-35 on E Ben White.
There was no luggage rack in the room to place my suitcase. Traveling south on I-35, you have to drive to Stassney Ln. (what seemed like a long way, especially at night) to turn around and go north on the one-way frontage road to reach the hotel. I had to study a map to figure it all out.

The room had cockroaches, pest control was bad.

super friendly staff, and comfy beds. the on-site restaurant was a bonus!
the location is a little out of the way. good for folks who want to stay in between the airport and downtown.

Parking lot was fenced around most of
property (looked like it may have been under construction, but the multiple men loitering around parking lot made
me think fence intended to secure property and made me feel unsafe about getting out of my car to walk into
building. I ended up calling and
canceling reservation because I didn’t want to chance becoming a
victim.

The lobby furniture was beautiful but the smell upon entering the lobby was horrible.
My sheets were not clean whatsoever. The smell in the lobby, elevator and hallway was terrible. The photos of the property made me believe the property was newer but in person it looks old.

The hotel lobby was beautiful and the two coffee tables that look like art work are interactive. The room was unique with art work on the walls fit for a musical city.

There were lots of homeless people wandering the parking lot. The pool was nice and the rooms were clean but the water in the restrooms were slightly discolored :( Overall a bad stay with the unpleasant beds and pillows. Mini fridge didn’t even work.

Easy checkin, room was nice, pool was nice, staff was friendly
Beds were small, pool opened too late,

Really good value for money. Felt safe as a solo traveler. The staff were always on hand to help and were really lovely and welcoming. Everything seemed clean and well kept both inside and outside at the pool.
The location isn’t that great if you don’t have a car. There aren’t any shops or bars within walking distance but there is a restaurant and gas station next door and a bus stop 5 mins walk

I did not get to even see the property because i was denied a room because of my age even though the website clearly said 18 and over are considered adults on this property.
The front desk was extremely unhelpful and basically told me it was none of her problem when i told her it was 6 pm and I’m stuck in Austin with no room.

The room was clean and comfy. The towels and sheets were clean. The location was close to downtown. All the staff were nice.

Girl at the front desk was the best
towels smelled funky.

staff very nice
room smelled bad - damp. lumpy pillows

Room was good clean and well equipped, decor was a bit dated but still very pleasant. Location is good, although the surroundings are falling off the cliff.
The exterior of the building and the parking lot look old and tired, booth need substantial remodel. Air conditioning unit in the room was way too loud, had to turn it off.
5.0
hard pillows, ac auto mode would still run all night no stoppage (loud), no fan in bathroom
6.0
Close from the airport, nice restaurant attached
Really thin walls (could hear my room's neighboors cough as if they were in my room)
