It was very well lit, and I felt like the parking lot was very secure

It was very well lit, and our blinds on our room window would not close, so there was a constant light that could not be blocked into our room at night on our bed. You have to sleep with your head at the opposite end of the bed to not have the light in your eyes while you’re sleeping..

Don’t depend on hotels shuttle

Did not see any breakfast. Shuttle for airport left without us! Suppose to leave at 6:30 AM. We got to door at 6:24 it had left and they had our name! Girl at checkin, not apologetic and said next one in 45 min.Kind of rude uncaring attitude! We checked our car in the night before which was across street because of the hotel shuttle!

Shuttle shouldn’t leave earlier then time told to us! Especially when hotel took our name when we checked in for the 6:30am shuttle. We had to walk to car rental and get on their shuttle, no time to wait for a taxi or Uber. If we had been late getting to door it’s different story, but we were there on time! Shuttle left early.

Always problems with the breakfast!

Timely shuttle both ways.

At 8.20 AM, there was NO more breakfast, although breakfast time is until 9 AM. After showing my unhappiness, the receptionist got some stuff out of the kitchen for me and another' person, all still frozen. This is my 3rd stay where there was a problem with obtaining breafast, although included in the price. I have sent a note about this to the manager, but nothing changes!!

Very disappointing, no breakfast while promised, skimping on towels and toiletries.

We were told when checking in, that breakfast would be in the bar area. We had dinner there that evening. In the morning that area was a black hole, when we asked, we were told that there would be NO breakfast ….. No explanation either. There were 2 bath towels, one hand towel, one wash cloth. For 2 people on the reservation. Not even giving you the number of towels that you need while you check in. And then the sign on the table in the room, with all the rates of what you will be charged for, in case of missing towels, coffeemaker and the like…, very welcoming to say the least.

Disappointing

There were water stains all over the room. The faucet was on when we came in. There was one single towel for 3 people to use. I’m not even confident that someone cleaned the room before. The breakfast shouldn’t even be called that, and the staff memeber tried to kick us out while we were eating in the main area. It’s a self serve - why would we need to move from the lobby? Overall you’re better off spending an extra 30 dollars and staying somewhere nicer.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Close to the airport.

Dirty. Shower was gross. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Fridge was warm. Airport shuttle was scheduled for 3:45am, but didn’t come until 4:15am. Multiple people were waiting also, and they went in and asked front desk where they were.

I would stay there again but won't eat there.

The rooms were nice and clean. However, when we walked in, there was an extremely bad odor of cleaning spray or whatever they used to clean the room.

I was disappointed in the restaurant. I brought a bottle of wine with me and asked the girl at the restaurant if I could have a wine glass and she said she couldn't. We went there for dinner and it was disappointing. A very limited menu.

The room was nice.

The cable was outdated. There was no real breakfast. They had bagels but no cream cheese, peanut butter but no jelly, etc. Was beyond disappointed.

Wonderful and exceptional customer service

I traveled out of town and was stuck out of state due to weather / I checked status of my car which was parked at hotel as I used their shuttle to get to airport / My car showed a flat tire, I called Hotel and the staff was happy to Help, I got back and tire had been aired up which helped so much!!! After along Journey to get home, I am so grateful they were there to help

for 1 overnight stay it was not bad for this price.

it was very close to the airport, I stayed for 1 night. there was a sarcastic note in the room about the amenities, people stealing stuff from the hotel, which looked funny. the lobby looked nice.

the bathroom had some fungus in the edges of the tub. but if you take a shower it is okay. it is kind of outdated in the rooms.
