Comfortable place to stay on the highway.

Comfortable & clean, with great staff & all amenities I needed.

Not in the heart of Revelstoke but close enough to walk in.

What a wonderful surprise!

Great staff and facilities. Very modern. Pool and spa excellent. Gym very good.

When we visited, the lifts were non-operational. Not the hetel's fault, but I felt sorry for the staff lugging the bags up to the second and thiord floor.

Decent place, but I’ll look for a different hotel next time.

The lobby area was updated and bright. The pool had a water slide, which looked like fun, but we didn’t use it. The complimentary breakfast had good, typical choices and a waffle maker. The room had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom was bright and clean, but very small. Revelstoke is a cute town.

The couch in the room and the carpeting in the room and hall look worn and dirty. The bed pillows were small. Our room was missing a remote control for the TV. We called to the front desk and she didn’t offer to bring us another remote or switch rooms, or any solution. The morning clerk was helpful and gave us a refund equal to the taxes we paid since we were unable to use the TV, which I felt was fair.

This was a very convenient place for us to stay as we were passing through Revelstoke. Good facilities in the hotel.

Comfortable bed, quiet, helpful staff, shuttle bus service to town and breakfast included.

We will Definitely stay at this location for even 2 nights on our next trip to the Canadian Rockies

The Pool, Water Slide and Hot Tub was Excellent. The Room had an excellent view of the numerous Glaciers near Revelstoke BC. The Breakfast was a 8 out of 10. Access to the Highway was Excellent and Location of the Building in Revelstoke was Excellent. As a Retired TourTour Bus Operator for 18 years, the Best Lasting Impression leaving a Hotel is: (How did I Sleep-Great Bed & View), (How was Breakfast-Execellent), (Do I feel refreshed in the Morning-Yes), (Relaxed-Great Pool & Hot Tub)

The Breakfast needed to have a Cappuccino/Latte Machine. A better choice of Cream Cheeses. The Whipping Cream for the Waffles needed to be Cold. There was only White Bread available, needed better choices. A little Improvement to the Breakfast would enhance the visit to this location.

The hotel was clean upon entering, as was the hallways and toom.

It was clean. Compared to the Ramada we stayed at in Golden this was remarkably better. I can’t believe it was less expensive as well.

I’d like to live in here again

Check in and check out are very convenient, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good but I still hope they can add more kinds of food.

Elevator is only one and very busy.

Location was great.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the bathroom was really small. The 2 bedroom suite is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, one entrance to hallway. No seating area.

It was a lovely stay, little bit loud but it was a long weekend so expected.

Check in was 3 PM and we arrived at 3:30 PM and our room wasn’t ready yet so that was a bit disappointing.

Lovely stay - very friendly staff. Very quiet - we felt like we were the only ones there.

Loved that there was a pool - took our four month old for her first swim. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!

Good continental breakfast - appreciated the couple of gluten free options and dairy alternative. Clean and comfy room with modern decor and a good view. The waterslide is fun! Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Our ice bucket was really dirty, and there was a spot on the inside of the shower rod that had mildew(?) built up. It was a spot you wouldn't see unless you stood in the shower so it'd be pretty easy to overlook while housekeeping. Everything else was very clean, though! Also wish the hot tub was hotter.
