Room wasn’t as clean as expected

Location was close to the fashion outlet.

The shower head was moldy and as soon as you turned the shower on the tub started getting sudsy, so I'm assuming they didn't clean it well either. I also didn't realize that it was 15 a day to park.

It was a bed

Room dirty, switched from a king to a double as they were out of kings upon arrival. Bedspread stained with yellow. Old carpet in room, no hair dryer, freezing, dory shower. Shower curtain stained. Garbage full everywhere, seemed closed.

The internet was working!

What a disappointment after spending 2 nights at FourPoints by Sharaton in edmonton, this hotel was the opposite. Worn out, expensive compared to quality, only one person at reception at evening, bar closing before 10 pm, paperwalls and roomkeys that didn´t work. Cleaning was decreased because of covid, which could be seen but shouldn´t cleaning be increased due to covid? And finally, the manager was not available for discussion!

Unfortunately I left before breakfast... The shuttle was in time.. very helpful driver too. Hard not to tip the guy. Bless him.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable! Staff all friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was closed and there weren't alot of food options. We had traveled all day and hadn't had lunch or dinner.

it’s close to the airport and offers a shuttle which saves on uber costs if you catch the shuttle in it timeframe because even if you call and ask for extra 4 minutes the last shuttle leaves ORD at 11:45 they say. room service if it is even available… nice fitness center. very kind night auditor and some of the shuttle drivers are great! The morning front desk lady was so kind and since my train wasn’t leaving until 4 allowed me a very generous late checkout.

room service not available restaurant closed and the worst and entire group of us who arrive at 10:50pm on the same flight couldn’t use the shuttle because baggage had a delay and even when I called ahead and asked for 3 of us plus myself they said they couldn’t hold it back or send it back for the last flight of the night on international terminal the lady said 11:45 it will leave no exceptions or accommodations and we literally got outside at 11:47 and we waited just to see if it was late or might come back for us 4 no! so a surge charge uber later I arrived and the normal night audit lady wasn’t working so it was kind of a cold checkin. Also they always put the booking.com guests the furthest away from the elevator and the worst rooms even if closer Roma are empty ugh so it’s a hike to get to your booking reserved room. this time they also charged me a incidental fee which I never had them require me to do for my prepaid room and I never plan on one because they have never asked before since my room is always prepaid. the maid I had cash to give a tip to and ask a question was very rude so needless to say I slipped the $5 back into my pocket after that encounter. normally this place is fine but this time the staff weren’t in the mood to help me out.
